approach etc. are effective in terms of improvising the working of mentally challenged people.
From the views analysis of Priest and Bones (2012), it has been stated that Occupational
therapists are effective placed to perform an effective role in embedding IPS into appropriate
clinical groups for the sack of providing expertise support to the employees who are mentally
disabled. This positively turn as the way of providing support to the work of employment
specialist. The occupational therapists has also perform the key role in prizewinning individual
centred and challenging a negative example in regards to the work ability of individual with
mental health issues. From the opinion analysis of Khalifa, N, Talbot, E, et. al., 2016 it has been
analysed that Unemployment has a wide range of undesirable situation and has been interlinked
to low personal well being, poor mental or physical health can serve to exacerbate these pre-
existing health situations. IPS can be considered as a tedious intervention as it includes a wide
range of interacting elements. Creating an evidence base for IPS in a forensic mental health
setting adds to this complexity, since the management of mentally disordered offenders
combines different treatment modalities to address mental health issues, offending behaviour and
risk management. Thus IPS model is mainly applied by business to improving the mental
condition of the employees within the work place and providing them opportunity to attain long
term growth. As per the views prescribed by the Luciano and Meara it has been analysed that,
the intervention of IPS model and vocational training has positive impact over the employability
of mentally challenged people, thus these tools are effective in developing the working ability of
mentally disabled people at work place and building their interest towards the work. As per the
