First of the major challenge which the Marks and Spencer are facing while increasing the

crucial for them to be versatile as they need to accept different changes which can take place in
the near future. They need to be always ready to work in different situations and with different
kind of people, the organizations have different strategies to make them in the best of their

organizations need to understand and it is very crucial for them to manage all the organizational

organization so that people feel motivated and work harder and it is important for the
organizations to make a perfect balance in the working cultures and workplace improved
performance.
