Introduction
Work and employment relationship is a relation between employees and
employer. It occurs when a individual in an organization performs any work or
task in return of some rewards or remuneration. Positive work environment is
when employers provide appreciation to the employees for their better
performance otherwise it is considered as a negative employee relation. For this,
employees should work together to become a single unit then only they can
become more creative and innovative (Astakhova and Porter, 2015).

to discuss about their issues or problems what they are facing withing a working
environment. This is the duty of employers to understand employees demand and
their needs. This improves the employees and work relation between them. M&S

employers both understand each other needs and follows rules and regulations
made by managers. This gives the opportunity to the company to expand its
business into different countries. But on the other hand there are some issues or
challenges that are to be faced by the company in expanding its subsidiary
branches in different countries (Guan, and Frenkel, 2018
