1BEST WAYS TO INCREASE EMPLOYMENT IN CANADA
Introduction
Canada is one of the states within the territorial boundaries of North America that is
known for the high rate of the immigration within the country. However, in the recent times there
is observed a lack of employment opportunities within the country. The employment rate within
the country is observed to have decreased from 62.20 in May 2019 to 62.10 in the month of June,
2019 (Tradingeconomics.com, 2019). The employment issues that are being faced by the
Canadian economy might be resolved by lowering the rates of interest, elimination of the
machinery from the workplaces as well as maintaining a proper remuneration plan within the
Canadian economy. The following essay sheds light on the three different factors that might
help in the increase in the employment within the Canadian territories. The essay opens with a
discussion on lowering the rates of interest and the effects of the same on employment. The
essay proceeds to highlight the effects of the elimination of the machinery on the employment.
The essay finally ends with a discussion on the appropriate remuneration plan that might affect
the employment rate within the country.
Low rates of interest
The lowering of the rates of interest tends to affect the employment rate within the
territorial boundaries of Canada. The majority of the issues that have been highlighted within the
Canadian boundaries tend to be dealing with the issues that are related to the higher rates of
interest that needs to be paid by the organization as taxes and other governmental obligations.
The majority of the issues that are highlighted in this case refer to the issues that affect the
employment scope within the concerned organization (Williams, 2016). The implementation of
the various issues that are highlighted within the Canadian organizations tend to deal with the
issues of the high amount of taxes that are implemented within the country. This in turn affects

the employment rates within the organization. The lowering of the rates of the interest and the
taxes that are implemented within the organization tends to profitability of the company
(Bernanke et al., 2018). This in turn would lead to the conditions wherein the concerned
organizations would have the scope enough to deal with the remuneration that should be
provided to the concerned employees in order to motivate them in order to deliver to the best of
their abilities. The implementation of the lowered rates of interests and taxes within the Canadian
economy would help in the development of the business organizations in terms of the human
resources that are employed within the organizations as well (Carvalho, Ferrero & Nechio,
2016). This in turn assists in the increase in the overall operations within the organization as
well.
Machinery elimination
The other aspect that has posed serious issues in the overall deterioration in the
employment rates within the Canadian territories refers to the issues regarding the
implementation of the machines in every sphere of life. The implementation of the high amount
machinery within the given organization might often lead to the lack of the proper employment
within the Canadian territories. The increase in the amount of the machinery within the
organization tends to deal with the factors that are related to the lack of the employment of the
human resources within the concerned organization (Hoffmann & Lemieux, 2016). The
implementation of the automation and the heavy machinery usage tends to lower the amount of
staff that have been serving the organization. This in turn leads to the lowering of the rate of
employment within the organization. These issues tend to highlight the factors that are related to
the employment within the given territorial boundaries of Canada. The lowering of the machine
involvement within the organization might help in the increase of the employment rates within

the company thereby leading to the conditions wherein the concerned residents of the area are
awarded with the proper employment within the organization as well (Moody, 2018). The lack of
the proper employment of the individuals and the implementation of the high amount of the
machinery within the given organization have led to the various issues within the given
organization as well. This issue has often led to the conditions wherein the company has led to
the lack of the proper human skills that are required for the development of the issues that are
related to the involvement of the human services within the organization. The lowering of the
involvement of the machines within the business environment of Canada lead on to the increase
in the employment rates within the Canadian employment scenario (Langevin, 2018). The
involvement of the people within the business organizations further assist in the lowering of the
technical errors within the organization.
Proper wage planning
The proper planning of the wages within the organization is considered to be one of the
major factors that help in the overall development of the organizational workforce. The
remuneration that is offered to the employees is one of the major motivators that affect the
employees of the organization. The employers of the organization are thus advised to implement
better schemes of the remuneration within the organization in order to help in the retention of the
existing employees as well as the attraction of the potential employees within the organization.
The implementation of proper remuneration helps in providing the concerned employees with the
proper amount of the motivation within the given organization (Okkola & Brunelle, 2018). The
organizations within the Canadian government are known to have been offering lower
remunerations to the employees which in turn affects the employment rates within the country.

workforce tend to help in the attraction of the potential employees within the organization
(Berns, 2018). The concerned management of the organizations might be advised to deal with the
conduction of the proper appraisals within the organization at regular intervals. This in turn will
help the concerned organizational management to have a complete judgement on the services
that are extended by the concerned organizational workforce. The proper evaluation of the
employees of the organization tend to be assisting the increase in the remuneration that is
awarded to the concerned employee. The regular appraisals resulting in the recognition of the
employees of the organization as well as helps in motivating them to deliver to the best of their
abilities (Meer & West, 2016). This would have a positive impact on the current employment
rate within Canadian political territories. This in turn helps in the development of the overall
performance of the organization as well as helps in the improvement of the competitive
advantage of the given organization within the given industry.
Conclusion
In conclusion it might be stated that the employment rates within the territorial
boundaries of Canada has been observed to be very low in the present times. The Canadian
government as well as the employers within the country are advised to maintain low interest
rates, lower down the use of the machinery as well as implement the proper remuneration plans
in order to deal with the issues that are highlighted in context of the decreasing employment rates
within the country. The concerned departmental authorities are advised to implement the various
corrective measures that are required for the overall development of the employment rates within
the territorial as well as the political boundaries of Canada.
