 The motivation and encouragement to the users of health and social
care services is been given by using the concept of empowering the
users and also the safety and protection is also given to the
individuals in social care services (Lewis and West, 2014.).
 In this report the current legislation that promotes the rights of
individuals in health and care services will be presented.
 Also the factors that affects the rights of individuals in health care
services will also be presented.
 Further more the communication between care staff and individuals
will be shown that promotes the rights of individuals.

promotion
The factors that might affect the achievement of promoting and

individuals
 In between two or more people communication is the exchange of
ideas, thoughts, views and opinion.
