It is most common with the people that are suffering from
any disease that they face many kinds of social exclusion,
non-participation, loss of independence in many cases.
There are several factors that are making this problem
worse and are making the situations worse for vulnerable
people.

Health and physical issues: This is one of the most essential
aspect related to the matter of dependency and social
exclusion of people like in this case Mrs Y is a Ninety year
old and is living in Rainbow Care home with other residents
and have a habit of smoking which is her personal rights and
matter of independence.

there is chance that a people fear of what he does. Such
kind of emotional loses makes him weak from inside

Personal powerlessness: It is one of the biggest factor that is
contributing to non participation of Mrs. Y. She does not
want to meet up with others.
Self enjoyment: She wants personal enjoyment for which she
needs none. To do so she is using her own resources and time
and is not participating in any of the activities outside her
room.

Factors that contribute to Social exclusion:
Depression: It is most common in the users that is away from
the family and living in such kinds of settings. She might be
in the depression which results in social exclusion for her.
Due to this she is restricting herself from the society.
Old age: Since she is in the Age of 90 hence it is not possible
for her to participate in the social functions which is resulted
in social exclusion.

Managing organisational systems and processes to promote
participation and independence of users of HSC.
It is essential that organisation plays part in promoting the
participation and independence of users of health and social
care. There are several ways to promote independence and
participation of users health and social care services by
organisational system. Some of them are as follows:
Empowering individuals: By empowering the workers of firm
the development and service delivery of the care workers can
be enhanced. For this purpose brief description and the
guidelines must be given to them and then benefits of the
