1. Introduction
The present assignment is about the elaborated and in-depth understanding of the aspects related
to the empowerment in relation to the working force in Australia. In addition this work will make
its focus on the different social policies that need to be developed in Australia so as to ensure
organized working. This report will also highlight the varied interpretations being observed with
the research work along with the suitable recommendation so as to fulfil the purpose of the
assignment in an appropriate way.

1.1 Purpose
The main purpose of the project report is to analyse the different elements of the empowerment
in the working operations of Australia (Oestreich, 2017). The process of empowerment is a wide
process that focuses on the effective measures that support in the increment related to the self-
positioning and determination leading to better representation of the interest. Further provided,
the purpose of the research is to ensure a better understanding of various Australian Social
Policies. Apart from that, the main purpose of the research work is to ensure proper alignment in
society. In addition, another major purpose that is being elaborated is that it assists in the proper
and effective confirmation of the aspects of the empowerment and the development of the
Australian social policies (Serzhanov & Kostovyat, 2017). Some of the other purposes of the
research work that can be grasped with respect to the subject matter involved:
 To assist in the increment or boosting the level of GDP of the economy of Australia.
 To ensure the formulation of the suitable strategies that can lead to a better understanding of
the Australian policies.
 To ensure suitable measures that can enhance the effective development of the Australian
policies such that to have better regulation of the work operations in the society.
The study will recommend ensuring the suitable layout of the communication so as to enhance
better work operations leading to better confirmation of the aspects of empowerment and social
policies that are prevailing in Australia.

Empowerment is the broad term that is needed to be understood by the authorities in Australia so
as to ensure suitable development of the social policies (Serzhanov & Kostovyat, 2017). The
research elaborates the need to have an effective evaluation of the aspects so as to ensure suitable
development of the social policies. Further provided, the aspects of empowerment is crucial and
of utmost importance that needs to be adopted in a proper manner so as to boost the work

Main objective
With the research work the main purpose is to elaborate and address a better understanding on
the aspects of the empowerment and its relation with the development of the social policies so as
to ensure better growth and development of the overall economy (Rubin & Babbie, 2016).
Findings
With the research work it was observed that there is an effective need for the integration of the
aspects related to the empowerment and the social policies. This will assist in the authority
concerns in better decision making with respect to the current as well as future operations. This
will assist in the development of the overall economy in Australia leading to a better position of
the country in the international market (Rubin & Babbie, 2016). In addition, it has been
elaborated there are series of the factors that need to be considered to ensure a better alignment
of the subject matter with the community of Australia as a whole.
As such, it is recommended that proper evaluation of all the associated subject matter must be
taken into consideration so as to attain a suitable and effective command (Zastrow, 2016).

The above presented report has been concluded the in-depth and elaborated understanding with
respect to the aspects of empowerment and development of the social policies. For the effective
knowledge the present report concludes on the purpose of the research work so as to fulfil the
purpose in a proper manner. It also concludes on the series of the recommendation and
suggestions that can be adopted by the authority concerns in order to have suitable approach in
the succeeding of objectives and goals.

4. Recommendations
In order to attain the suitable and valuable outcomes it is requisite that the authority concerns
have an observation on the certain sets of the recommendations. Some of the recommendations
that need to be followed can be as follows:
 Firstly, it is requisite that the aspects of the empowerment must be clearly understood by the
authority concern so as to have better work operations.
 Secondly, suitable strategies must be formulated following the time so as to have better
development of social policies.
 Thirdly, proper integration of the subject matter must be made with the social policies so as to
ensure effective growth and development of the overall economy.
 In addition, proper scanning of the aspects is requisite to be done so as to attain the positive and
negative aspects leading to better judgment on all the matters with respect to the current and
future operations.
