INTRODUCTION
Power and empowerment are most important aspect in the society and organization both
trough which all activities of business can be integrated in order to product valid outcome.
However, the empowerment is helpful to promote the community and workforce at the
workplace in order complete the given work on right time and support them to complete all
related activities. The present reported is based on critical evaluation on empowerment that
whether it is radical idea or not. It is explained along with inclusion of suitable examples.
Furthermore, varied studies are referred for completion of the report in and each at the fruitful
conclusion effectively.

According to empowerment is considered as the most effective approach for the
development of society and organizational context. It is made possible with the help of adoption
of suitable strategies. Chambers and Thompson (2009) stated that empowerment is the procedure
to improve the welfare services with the help of social institutions. This reflects that
empowerment plays important role to understand the situation and enable individual to improve
the living standard by getting appropriate help. It also shows that an alternative ideology of
intervention thereby traditional approaches are reflected separately. It is effectively for people
who need help by supporting them to accomplish their work in a most effective manner. Using
the approach of empowerment paradoxical nature of the social problem is identified so as to find
the correct solution. It would be effective for the purpose of supporting individual to become
self-dependent and accept the potential changes taking place in daily life style.
