1. Environmental audit program and ways of establishing, monitoring and reviewing
Environmental audit is an effective tool used to comply with regulations by federal
agencies. Main aim of developing this program is improving operations' efficiency and
conserving labour resources. It also helps in knowing about effectiveness of performance of
environmental management system (Hakim and Yunus, 2017)
For establishing and implementing, audit environmental compliance advisor must
identify mitigation of audit program, select engagement of auditors. Some roles are being
performed by project environmental advisor and contractual environmental manager.
For monitoring both project environmental advisor and contractual environmental manager
review reports and give feedbacks to audit team regarding: root cause of environmental breach,
Conformity with EAP etc.
2. Information required in environmental statement for Eco management and audit system
Eco management and environmental system is qualitative instruments, developed for
helping out companies for accessing, managing as well as improving their environmental
performance and increase sustainability. Some information required in environmental statement
include: accurate data that reports to the public on the company's structure, their activities,
management and environmental policy system (Alflatt, 2017). Their environmental aspects along
with impacts that they have, their objectives and target of environmental programs and

reports are being reviewed.
