The topic of the article is the debate over Mexican immigrants in USA. The argument is about
the employment issues for the Mexican people who are believed to be illegal native employers
by people of USA. The argument is valid since the author has defended the rights of those people
(Pilardi).
This article talks about illegal employers of the illegal workers in the firms or its
headquarters. The demand is to identify those people and give them punishments for activities
they commit. The INEs of Mexico is employed in many big firms across the entire country.
Millions of undocumented workers live in USA and their illegal status is in deep question
indeed.
The matter of immigration reform in USA has been largely in question over the few
decades. The problem is thousands of employers have been putting their signature on paychecks
of these undocumented employers. Therefore, the immigration issue is a large problem in USA
regarding the Mexicans. The author has rightly argued that it is the Americans who are illegal
since they are supporting these undocumented workers (Pilardi). The author has really made a

strong pint when he stated ’let’s build a fences outside INE businesses, to separate and
stigmatize them’. This argument is really valid from several points since Americans should look
at this issue in different manner (Pilardi).
The author has also pointed out several factors where he described the fact that more
people from Mexico will continue to come through the Southern border of the country. Thus they
will contribute to the economic growth of United States and still be called illegal immigrants.
The Government of United States should think about the ways how they can build up a
proper immigration program. This fair immigration program will surely help the immigrants and
contribute to their economic benefit. The guest-worker program of Germany has to be dealt with
in this scenario as well. The common people of USA should not think it about security of borders
to create a fair working environment in the country (Pilardi).

is regarded as a reason for their hiring. The argument is on the declining of labor contracting has
given rise to the needs for bilingual communication between the employees (Pena). The
regulations regarding labor contracts can also be complied with in this article as well. Critics
have also said that many people often go on to smuggle the Mexican workforce to USA on labor
contracts (Pena). As the immigration issues are on the rise, the labor contract factors have also
faced some serious consequences here.
In this article, the arguments have been done on the validity of labor contracts in United
States of America that has a lot to do with the illegal immigrants working in the country without
their documents (Pena). The point of the author is indeed valid since undocumented farm
workers are seen to work as labor contractors more than workers with their documents. The
wages and compensation benefits of these undocumented workers are much lower than
documented workers as well. They are considered as illegal workers and their benefits are lower
as well.
The worker outcomes have been measured in this article through the econometric
methods (Pena). The farm labor contractors are mainly people who work as the intermediaries
farm workers and employers in the agricultural field. Thus this article has supported the views of
the previous article on the status of illegal workers.
