managers or employer of Morrisons should focuses on different strategies in
order to enhance the employee engagement with the individual level of
performance. The foremost recommended strategy is promoting two-way
communication within the supermarket. With the help of enabling effective
communication they can easily engage the views of employees within the
organisation. It has been assessed that clear and consistent communication
among the employees results as an expected way for engaging their
