Teaching and learning resources are basically the materials that are used by the teachers to assist
their learners in learning a specific subject. The resources are required to stimulate learning and
further promote interest in the subject. The various resources can include videos, text,
equipment, items, etc.

needs which can be differentiated and adapted to suit the needs of learner. The natural
environment can also act as a resource which can be helpful in dealing with the concentration of
learning in the classroom.

Ground rules can be referred as the boundaries as well as regulations that can be created to help
the suitable environment and the conditions that can be used by the teachers and learners.
Ground rules are required to be discussed as well as negotiated instead of forcing upon the
learning activities.
There are basically two types of rules basically negotiable and non negotiable rules. The
renegotiable rules might not include the changes in the break time during the various sessions.
The non negotiable rules can not be changes which include rules in regard of health and safety.
the ground rules can be established with the help of discussions and negotiation between the
various learners and teachers. There are various skills that can have an impact upon the learning
experience. The example have been discussed below.
 Mobile phones turning off during the session
 Gossiping during the session as it may seem like they are disrespecting the speaker.
 Eating and drinking during the teaching sessions.
The rules that can be re-framed are that the timings for break can be specified and the cell
phones to be allowed only during lunch. These rules may be amended in context of ground
