PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYABLITY
Engineering Industry
Engineering is considered to be the profession in which the scientific principles are being
utilized in order to design and even build the machines and various other things like that of the
bridges, roads, tunnels, vehicles and even the buildings (Dou et al 2018). The main principle of
the engineering is that it tends to include a huge variety of specialized sector of the engineering
in which particular importance is being given on the applied mathematics, various types of
application and even on the applied science. It is to be noted that the engineering and the
technology are the sector which is very well established concerning the studies across the world.
It helps the students for having various professional roles such as the trade person of engineering
or even the engineering associates (Horton & Reynolds, 2016). On the other hand, the
specialization in the technology ends to offer in the fields in the automotive technology,
mechanics and electronics (Stachowiak & Batchelor, 2013). It also helps in the sector of the
transportation. The various researches that have been conducted indicates the fact that the te rate
of the historical vacancy have fluctuate, there is always a trend in the creation of the new
recruitment in the sector of the engineering. This can be said mainly because majority of the
companies are operating a graduate programs which are being designed for the recruiting of the
engineers who are talented in nature and even prepare them for the careers which are stable in
nature. Studies indicate that the total number of vacancies in the engineering is assumed to rise to
about 7.9 percent across all the sub disciplines.
Career opportunities
If an individual tends to get the degree in engineering, the individual tends to put a step
forward in the career of the future in terms of discovery, design and invention. However, it is to

be noted that the type of the engineering tends to command the standard of the education that is
being required (Klewicki, Chini & Gibson, 2017). It also tends to dictate the period of the study
required to begin the working. In general, it can be said that after pursuing the graduation,
engineering is considered to be one of the best field of study in order to acquire employment that
tends to have a huge salary across the world. The career with which one can pursue after
pursuing with the engineering are as follows.
Civil engineering career: working for the authority, giving shape to the towns and the
cities and even making designs to creative systems in order to make things run competently
(Benedetto & Pajewski, 2015).
Industrial engineer career- works in order to decrease the wastefulness in the process of
the production. The main function of such a engineer is to limit the level of the materials used
and even to enhance the process flow and even the specification in engineering in order to give
higher rate of productivity
Automotive Engineer Career- plan for the automotive design concepts, calibrate
vehicle systems and even examine the methodologies and even change the preset examinations
in order to make sure of the optimal functionality
Mechanical Engineer Career- researching and even developing new means in order to
establish effective apparatuses, engines and even the thermal devices in order to enhance the
present mechanical and technical process of the world
Three of the most top industries of the engineering are the Google, Microsoft and apple

The responsibilities of the water resource office are to manage and even examine huge
sets of information’s in order to maintain the integrity of the information and even identity the
various number of trends, irregularities and visions in order to notify about deciisons of the water
resource management (Loucks & Van Beek, 2017). It is also the responsibility of the water resource
office to ensure the correct delivery of the projects, managements of the risk and the
identification of the creative solution. The officer must provide a report on the water resources
and even give assistance to the management of the outlook of the annual water the officer must
even have drought response plans and plan for the urban water strategy (Barrow, 2016). The
officer must even engage themselves with the stakeholders in order to create good relationships.
Giving advice on the legislation, vaious policies and guidelines is also the duty of the water
resource management officer.
In order to be a water resource officer, it is important to have correct qualification in
engineering or in scientific discipline. Having an experience ein the water resource management
is also very essential. One must even have the experience in statistics analysis. One must have
written and verbal skills in communication as well as in computer software skills like the
