outcomes. The path forward is for the organization to comprehend how to acknowledge the
best practices, what allow the execution effectively and eventually how to identify the own
best practices. Entirely owned subsidiary of Alstom, fleet management solution incorporate
countless on board devices and secluded elements, offering real-time, service-wide efficiency
data are some of the best practices of Alstom (Worth & Escartin-Claveria, 2014). The easy
and comprehensive sensory assistance, the Optimet real-time track occupancy system,
developed by Metro-lab, enables redistribute station and track occupation, allowing smoother
activities. Combining real-time transport data and social networking material, Optimet
OrbanMap meets fresh requirements for comprehensive information about their environments
from travellers and residents take full advantage of their town (Sammouri et al., 2013).
