Sustainable Development is defined by the terminology of the facts that are kept on mind
by the engineers during the creating and manufacturing techniques and technological appliances
for making the living of an individual, which makes the living of an individual easier than the
present circumstances. This technology has been acting as a source of sustainability glimpse. The
future generation deserves to enjoy in the course of the remaining of the natural resources.
So what?
The aspects that the sustainable development deals is with the fact that the future of the
mankind stays protected irrespective of the fact that the ease of leading the life might be a
problem for the prevention of the depletion of the resources for the next generation. This aspect
ensures that the next generation gets the equivalent right and the benefits towards the non-
recyclable resources that are being used for the advancement of the technology. This strategy
also acts to be beneficial that the Sustainable development lays directly lies in the hands if the
engineers as the updates that are provided are by the engineers. In case of lack of usable natural
resources due to the fact of sustainable development, the engineers need to find some other way
to support the progress of Sustainable development as well as the constant growth towards the
better tomorrow.

The main issue is that taking into consideration the fact that the development of the
technology is paused. Due to the fact of the stagnation of the technological aspect the engineers
are getting stuck in a boundary that are intend of acting as a barrier for the innovations that can

The major issue that has been coming into focus due to the fact of engineers roles in the
case of the sustainable development is that the strategy that has been taken for the development
scheme acts as the lag for the functioning of the engineers and the creativity is put into a
stagnation period which causes the fact that the innovations that are about to launch in the global
market finds it difficult to get launched. This also causes the lifestyle of the people to stay at a
stagnation point after reaching the saturation point which adversely affects the living style of the
society.

The things that must be done in order to maintain the sustainability development is due to

the responsibility of building the society must take the steps that are necessary for the betterment
of the society and use reusable element to create innovations in the society and enables the future
generation to get the taste of the resources that are non-renewable in nature.

Managing Information technology is a theory of managing the data that are stored in the
database of the organization. The data that is stored in the database f the organization acts as the
source of information for the organization to function efficiently on the basis of the data storage
and the maintenance.
So what?
Due to the aspect of the data storing in a framework or the database or the system, it gets
easier for the managers to decide in case of the dilemmas that occur in the processing of the
managerial course during the management of the company. The managing of data includes the
fact that the data that is gathered is managed by the managers. The previous data that is collected
is managed by the management of the organization (Bryson, 2017). This enables the fact that the
management of the organization stays robust and the terminologies that are used in the
processing of the organization is well accustomed with the methodology of the management
system as the managers of the organization can use to data and the information that are stored as
the reference hence increasing the ate of success of the decision making of the managers as they
get to visualize the end result of the data that might happen in order to take the decision in a
certain way.
The major issues are that during the managing of the the stored data there is a chance of
misplacing the data. This misplacing of the data leads to the fact that the managing of
information plays the major role is the progression of the data management. This fact of

misplacing of the data enables the fact that the data is accessed by the imposters. The data of the
genuine clients are modulated and the clients face problem due to this fact.

The only thing that concerns regarding the managing the data of the organization is due

managed. To reduce the case of security issues of data management the data must be stored in
the proper robust database which will act as the protection layer for the data that I to be managed
by, the managerial authorities of the organization. The data will be managed efficiently in case
the data is valued efficiently by the employees of the organization and use the same data as the
reference to the situational analysis of the case and deal with the threats efficiently

The data that is stored and is to be managed by the managerial organizations must be
stored in the infrastructural set up that is robust in nature. The data that is stored in the robust
database must be updated regularly as in order to manage the organization efficiently and get the

success of the corporate organizations are completely based on the communication strategies of

communication. Communication acts as the major source of the marketing of the products and
services that the organization provide in order to gain the popularity among the potential clients

With the betterment of the usage of the affective communication ensures the fat that the
communication among a group of individuals is made in a proper way and the conflicts that stay
among the organization due to the fact if the lack of transparency in the communication platform
decreases the confusion among the employees of the organization. This aspect helps the fact that
the relation of the organization with the regular clients of the organization stays fine and the
brand loyalty of the organization increases in rapid rate. This aspect of affective communication
ensures the fact that the adversity of the organization increases the diversity of the marketing of
the organization. Hence affective communication acts as the major scope of improvement for
every organization. This increase in the expertise in the affective communication due to the
strategy improvement of the organization enhances the fact of efficiency of the marketing of two
products services that the organization offers. The communication medium that incurs the
professional aspect of communication are namely emails. The communication medium that
incurs the un-professional aspect of communication are namely the mediums that are dependent
on the platform of social media like Facebook, Watsapp and many more. SMS also acts as a
major source of communication in informal aspect.
In case of the of affective communication back firing with the fact that with the help of
extensive communication skill the data that is not valid for the organization and the product and
services that are provided are used for the marketing purpose of the brand or product suffers
