Introduction
The process of maintaining the recruitment of the technical staff and the estimated section of
inclusion in the civil engineer has been mentioned which could be helpful in maintaining the

Task 1
The construction of New Mc Donald’s needs six steps of procurement process such as pre-construction,
construction, monitoring, quality checking, develop software, promotional and marketing. Pre-
construction can be divided into two parts planning and collecting raw material from the market. Planning
shall be performed by project managers and his team. Moreover, the essential raw material shall be
collected by the procurement team. Construction phase shall be divided into two parts one constructing
the restaurant along with road facilities and another one is implementation of solar panel on the roof
(Gates and Podder, 2015). The work of construction of restaurant shall be completed by civil engineers
and solar panel shall be incorporated by technical operator. The work of construction needs daily
