Introduction
The process of maintaining the recruitment of the technical staff and the estimated section of
inclusion in the civil engineer has been mentioned which could be helpful in maintaining the
future based scenario. The feasibility plan as well as proper finance model has been given which
will be used in the future based perspective. The document finding as well as the supply chain
based action has been clearly describe which could be helpful in the prospectus status to the
project base attendance. The procurement plan and the engineering base implementation has
been mentioned which could be helpful in the future based prospect of the project. Requirement
of communication has been clearly described which is based on an immediate basis.
Task 1
The construction of New Mc Donald’s needs six steps of procurement process such as pre-construction,
construction, monitoring, quality checking, develop software, promotional and marketing. Pre-
construction can be divided into two parts planning and collecting raw material from the market. Planning
shall be performed by project managers and his team. Moreover, the essential raw material shall be
collected by the procurement team. Construction phase shall be divided into two parts one constructing
the restaurant along with road facilities and another one is implementation of solar panel on the roof
(Gates and Podder, 2015). The work of construction of restaurant shall be completed by civil engineers
and solar panel shall be incorporated by technical operator. The work of construction needs daily
monitoring process which shall be performed by the monitoring team with the help of 360 degree review
to measure the limit.

Quality check shall be performed by collecting various samples from construction site. This shall
be performed by the quality managers of the project and team. Thereafter software development
shall be performed by software developer’s team (Calabrese et al. 2016). The most important for

The feasibility plan is based on the complete budget action and its plan to the constructional

This expenditure has provided to bear the lover amount is near about $9,000,000 in the project
which will be completed within the 12 months. However the total budget is $883,352 which is
needed to be controlled also that the proper inspection and the different types of work based

Task 3
The company ADCO construction has been forgiven to execute the responsibility to be carried
out which is needed to be maintained at the given time. Steven Chou of ECA and Michael Peter
is the owner of the project wants to complete building Mc Donald’s outlet within 12 months at
Kellyville. In order to perform, the step of the project management shall be performed. The
action which has been taken to fulfil the requirement is made by the chosen engine which will be
based on the accurate execution. The road facilities completion along with the constructive solar
panel is needed to be based on the proper time and convenience so that it could be used as per the

and the completion of the project are needed to be based on the comprehensive scenario which

Task 6
The scope as well as the statement of the objective has been clearly defined as the process to be
justified which is needed to be maintained over the scenario which is needed to be maintained
over the project based scenario. The project fulfilment needs no other technical requirement
which could be used in gaining the processed sections. The usage of the different section and its

scenario the Mc Donald's want to start a new restaurant branch in Kellyville with a children
playground, Mc Cafe facilities. According to Neupane (2016), the completion of a restaurant
needs the collaboration of various technological equipments. The work breakdown structure has
shown the time frame for the completion of the restaurant within one year.

The work breakdown provides that nearly 41% of the work has been completed within 3 months
during the implementation process of monitoring for the project (Hall, 2015). It has been seen
that the road facilities and implementation of solar panel and alternative electricity would be
completed within 20 days approximately and all the other work would be completed within 4
days approximately. The implementation of the site inspection would be completed within 10
days approximately along with the development process. According to Verzuh (2015) the
completion of a project it has been seen that the work breakdown structure would help the
organisation to complete their work within a specific time frame. In the given scenario, the time
frame of the completion of the project is one year. Hence the organisation shall follow the given
work breakdown structure to complete its project within one year.
Task 8
The communication system is an important strategy for the organisation regarding the
completion of any project. According to Simis et al. (2016), communication would help the
organisation to find the defects in the project that has been implemented. There is various type of
communication such as Synchronous Communication, Asynchronous Communication, and
