INTRODUCTION
Quality management and organization excellence are two things that are related to the
each other. This is important for the organizations to manage their quality standards in order to
improve quality of their products and services to provide higher satisfaction to the consumers.
Quality management can be understand as an act to maintain different standards in various
activities and tasks to maintain desired level of performance and excellence from the company

implementation for quality to ensure and control the efficient quality of company products.
Engineering Tooling Company is manufacturing measurement products that are used in
various operations along with some delicate measurement devices that are used by the engineers
in their professional work. After 2010 they are also involved in the manufacturing of the devices
which are hand held precision devices in used in key hole surgery and other medical operations.
