home. There is need to provide better delivery of health care services to the people who are
living alone and having no any family member to take care of their health and support in
performing activities. Such type of patient requires someone to take care of them and their
health. Thurrock council helps such type of patient with dementia by providing their healthcare
services at home and also helps to deliver better care at home. Old age people who live alone and
having dementia needs care and support to live their life effectively (Clifford, (2018)).
