INTRODUCTION
This is the public policy which is there to convince the people not to smoke.
This policy is broadly concerning about the tobacco control which is there in
the start which are giving negative impact on the society specially on young
children who are getting bad health and different health problem due to this
in early age which is not good for healthy society. This one is created to
influence the people behavior which is related with smoking. Goal of this
policy is very clear which is keep safe the non smokers who are there in the
society (Yadav and et. al., 2016).

 reducing the percentage by 8 to 3 or less of 15 years old who love to
smoke regularly
 reducing prevalence of smoking during pregnancy from 10.7% to
less than 6%.
 reducing smoking in England from 15.5% to less than 12%.
OBJECTIVE OF POLICY

There are two different actors which are government and the bureaucracies
which are there on the oppose of such policy and need to modify such that
which can not affect their business of tobacco. There are two different
opinion where one is in the support of such policy and another one is who
are getting high benefits from the manufacturing such tobacco products.
Manufacturers get loss due to strictly implementation of such policy which
reduces the profit of such business. There are different opinion of specialists
which are there in which some are saying about that smoking is not good
and some are having the opinion that E-cigarette should be implementation
due to having safer than smoking which is by about 90%. There can be huge
debate on such policy which is in favour or in oppose of such policy
(Readshaw and et. al., 2020).
Differences of opinion which is between actors

Overall there is better impact on the population which is there can help the
society to decrease the smoker which are there creating different health
issues in the state. Generally population is supporting such policy to make
the place better for everyone specially who are non-smoker along with the
children who are getting effected due to this. There is huge political impact
by such which can help parties to get more followers for their parties along
with support in such policy can help in getting more support of population
who are agree and supporting such policy (Peykari and et. al., 2017).
Impact of policy on people

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, there are many benefits of this policy on the population
which creating better effect on the population along with the health of citizens of
the country which also helps in decreasing the health issues which is related with
the different effect of smoking. Different opinion of different aspects of view
which is related with smoking. This also includes the profit for the political parties
along with other business unit which are the promotion e-cigarette which is 90%
less harmful than the smoking. Such objectives should be full filled by the selected
year which is 2022.
