Being a student, I have analysed that I have effective communication skills that help me in
interacting with people, friends, family members, teachers etc. In addition to this, I have also
effective leadership skills that help me in leading and directly large numbers of people. I have
effective time management skills, through which I can easily handle large number of tasks and
works in a single time (Samanci, 2010).

Being a student of University of England, I have found that I have effective communication skills
and learning skills. However, I required improving my technological skill and knowledge
regarding my subject of management. I also needed to improve my presentation skills and research
skills that will help me in improving my personality and professionalism (Lynch and Simpson,

What areas do I still need to improve? (approx. 50 words):
For improving poor technical skills, I will attend Training and Development Programs that will
help me in learning the methods and criterion to operate computer and other equipments. In

like family issues, money related emergency and so

The best possible administration of these
gatherings of students is a noteworthy test that is
required to be overseen by instructive arrangement
of UK. On the essential level, administration of
mature students is much troublesome when
contrasted with that of school leavers. Accordingly,
the instruction framework needs to take care of

. What impact might the situation you have discussed in question 1 above have for you as
a student in higher education?
Being a student in the England University, I have
faced several kinds of challenges and opportunities
related to education. As a student of the England
University, I have issues regarding the high cost
and expenditure at the England. The study material
and college fees are too high in England and my
financial conditions are not much good due to
which I have faced difficulty.
Another major difficulty I have faced is related to
coping up with new management criteria and
handling of business operations in new working
environment. In order to adopt practices, procedure
and system of management I have also faced
difficulty (Kraus and Chandrasekaran, 2010.).
However, I have developed a proper mindset to
gain more knowledge and education in college. I
have decided to work on my basic knowledge and
core understanding in order to cope up with new
education environment and learning process that
has been followed by college. In order to overcome
challenges and cope up with new environment, I
have developed strong relationship with my senior
students and teachers so as I can easily cope up in
new environment. I have decided to attend all
training and learning classes that organised by
organisation for student that helped me in
improving my knowledge and performance.
The high quality of education system and learning
procedure helped me in improving my existing
knowledge, ability and skill. Overall, I can say that
to improve my education and learning in England,
selected university has assisted me in large manner
in order to improve my personality. However,
several challenges faced by me during this period
of learning but I found various opportunities for
