SECTION 1
1. SWOT analysis-
This is tool that aids to put focus on strength and minimise weaknesses in order to
conduct the greatest possible advantage of opportunities. Thus, it is effective tool in terms to plan
career.
Strength-
During the course, I have evaluated that I was good in organising my task properly. Mainly, I
have worked on my time management skill in order to complete the task within set deadline.
Therefore, my major talent was organising the each task effective and it leads me to have
positive outcome.
Weakness-
During the course, I came to know that I used to be easily distracted and due to it I often
procrastinate the things and it leads to have delayed result. Hence, I also evaluated that I am not
that effective in creative skill.
Opportunities
During the course, I got lot of chances to enhance my skill in various discipline. I came across
number of people and it has enhanced my overall learning.
Threats-
One of the biggest threat of mine was that I was unable to make communication with my seniors
and it leads me to get involve in embarrassed situation. Also, I am not good in creative skill and
there were many people with better webpage designing skill than me.

4. Reflection
During the course, I have evaluated various positive and negative things about me.
Therefore, I made self assessment plan so that I can able to cope up with my weaknesses.
With help of conducting self development plan I came to know that there are number of
activities that can lead me to get overcome with skills that is barricading the overall growth.
With help of these plan I can able to do the things in better and efficient mode.

Time Management
Time management is a procedure in which the proper allocation of the time is managed
for the relevant activity to save the time and organize the events in the proper manner. Effective
time management helps to allocate the specific time slot for the particular activity and it refers to
the best use of the time. This is consisted of effective planning, setting goals and objective,
setting deadline, delegation of the responsibilities, priorities the actions and complete the each
task in the respective time. This how the time can be managed in the effective manner.
The time management is important for the students. In the student life the time
management plays important role, to manage the school hours with the personal life is bit
difficult now days (Kirillov and et.al., 2015). Time management is also important to maintain the
consistent performance in the studies and grades. The main difference between the students who
are regular at high school and the students who are doing the part-time job is the effective time
management. For the students who are regularly attending the high school have better option to
manage their timing because after school they have enough time to manage their extra work
apart from study. The students who are performing the part-time job in the local businesses and
restaurant don't have enough time to manage the extra work. This lead to improper lifestyle

which is not good for students to manage their work and they proper allocation of the time slot
for particular action not possible, this lead to improper work management and completion of
goals with less efficiency (Grissom, Loeb and Mitani, 2015).
Funding and Financial Issues
The financial problem is a situation where the shortage of money causing stress to the
person. This hard financial time have impact on the mental health of person. This financial issues
seems impossible to solve but by using some relevant steps this problem can be solved. The
impacts of the financial crisis are- worrying a lot anxious on money related talks, arguments with
loved ones, Headaches, feeling unwell and difficulty in sleeping (Barr and McClellan, 2018).
For the students who are regular at the high school can face financial problem and it is
hard for them to manage the funding issues without joining the extra part-time job. The poor
financial condition can affect their routine life as well as school life. The students who are going
for part-time job may have faced financial issues and to overcome them they have taken the
decision to join the part-time job. The reasons of the financial crisis are the extra expenses or the
poor or weak financial background. The most affected group from the financial issues is the
group of students who are regular at the college and not performing any part-time job. They face
problems like paying college fees which is very high (Doolan and et.al., 2016). There can be
only a solution for them to have a financial background otherwise they will face funding
problem. Students who are doing part-time job face financial problems like getting less income
from expecting income. This makes them greedy to achieve rewards to overcome financial crisis.
It creates a health risk factor for them and their desire to earn more money from part-time job
will vanish.
Reflection
I have learned from above challenges that in doing part-time job, time management is
essential. For being a student, it is very important to study. If I were at the place of part-time job
student then, I will manage time by making schedule from morning to night hours. I will try to
follow the time table and manage my both studies and job as well. But, I will choose part-time
job in that condition only if I am facing financial problem and I do not have support of any
financial background to overcome financial crisis because doing study with job is a typical task.
And one more I learned from above challenges that being greedy for money to overcome
financial crisis is not a good thing. It may take life into risk and can destroy career from being

away from studies. To fund college fees for a poor student is a big deal. Then, only time
management can help me at that moment. Part-time job is not a bad step. It gives a look to move
forward ans see the current competitive environment. I have learned from regular student life
that time can be managed easily and helps to make a career at high level. But from being a
regular student and belong to poor family then, I struggle to manage and save money for funding
college fees. It becomes a challenge for me to win competitive environment in studies and
overcome financial crisis that are faced by me and my family otherwise a failure situation arises
in getting proper lifestyle.
