Weakness- My major weakness is time management skill as I am unable to handle the large
numbers of task at a single time. Furthermore, I have poor marketing knowledge and idea
regrading the working within company.
Opportunity- I have opportunity to become the manager in the international organisation and
perform in excellent manner. With help of social media and other platform of social media I can
easily make easily the work of marketing within Marks and Spencer.
Threat- Due to changing technologies and innovation there are several changes occurred within
the marketing activities. Cope up with changes in the marketing environment and activities is
major threat for me.
