INTRODUCTION
Linguistic and language behavior have always been critical point of argument and
discussion across the globe because it offers no systematic rule or system for language
acquisition and processing of grammar. The essay will outline arguments of different secondary
researches based on linguistic approaches and behavior of language. The thesis statement of
essay will set line on the basis of which argument in essay will be drawn and discussed.
Thesis statement: “English language with regard to its use, development and cognitive science”
MAIN BODY
English language has been critical point of discussion since ages as it offers no systematic
role or way f processing speech. It is about individual fluency and maturity of native speakers
over the language which reflects language acquisition and behavior. There are varied theories
and models which are used by scholar to define process of grammar rules but there is no spic
way of deriving individual earning and speaking of language. Behavior over language depends
on people initial learning and ability of memory to grasp and process grammatical.
According to Benson, 2013, it is articulated that autonomy in language learning where
scholar discussed about person learning which depends on individual and collective learning.
Autonomy defines individual leaning from classroom and outside premises. In accordance with
this it is derived that language learning is based on purpose of individual over learning which
defines certain ways for which the people explore language. As per this study it is defined that
language learning is based on individual willingness responsibility and control over language
acquisition. Acquiring of language learning is based on one's capabilities and attitude towards
certain situation like use of right words, grammar, ability to process memory, etc. The discussion
focused on different terms of autonomy which influence learning of people like, self study,
access, social inclusion that is out of classroom and self education. However, Cheshire, 1991,
discussed about social linguistic perspective of: English all around the world, from where it is
implied that decades back English comprise collection of spoken dialects by monolinguals.
Nevertheless, with increasing advancement and changes the language consists of distinct
varieties and range of standards. It is the language which is commonly used at international level
and its use by people is diverse. In accordance with this it is identified that this language is
considered as diverse and is used b great scale across the globe.

Apart from this, Pinker and Ullman, 2002, study signifies about grammar rue which has
been a critical point of argument at intentional level. In this the scholar focused on outlining
argument over future of past tense which is the major barriers to linguistic acquisition. The
justified about grammatical processing which offers no specific rule of language behavior of
people. The study reflects on different theories and models to derive formation of verb and
change in tenses. As per words and rules theory of article it is suggested that there is grammatical
processing is based on two forms that is regular and irregular where regular form is based on
contrasting of words to change tense and implementation of rule to change tense of verb. On the
other hand, irregular form is exception form where the human mind learn and store words.
Approximately there are 180 verbs of irregular form like, feel- felt, come- came, etc. Regular
inflection comprise verbs like, play- played, walk- walked, etc.
Nevertheless, Klein and Martohardjono, 1999, outlined about development of second
language grammars, processing strategies in second language acquisition in which focus of
scholar was to discuss about non native speakers of language which face tremendous difficulty in
processing grammar. The individuals are able to acquire language about in not proper form. As
per the study it is derived that non native speakers do not focus on making use of the best
strategy to set improvement in language instead the focus of people is to just incorporating use of
English as second language. The person who use English as second language are the individual
who lacks the ideas over years and tenses which offers basic grammatical rules. The language of
people depends on compare and contrasting of words which is not exactly wrong which is also
not right which promotes critical discussion of people over grammar rules and processing. On
the other hand, Svalberg, 2007, discussed about language awareness and language learning from
where it is articulated about literature and cognitive aspect of language learning. There are
various factors which influences learning like English is considered as common language across
the globe regardless of cultural differences among people. Learning of people er English but not
accurate in any term because it offers no specified role or process but there is a critical difference
between native and non native speakers of language. The study outlined about declaration of
National council for language in Education working party on awareness about language from
where it is determined that nature of language play an essential role in life of human. Awareness
and leaning is based on explicit knowledge of society over language which derives their
perception. In this study scholar outlined view of various other authors from where it is evaluated

English as primary language in order to maker learners aware about its use a different concept.
The early age learning of classroom plays significant role in promoting language literacy and
making child understanding varied concepts of one language. It reduces the gap which occurs
among non native speakers during grammatical processing.

understanding over concepts of language learning. The discussion over different articles helped
in gaining insights over various aspect of study like individual learning over language depends
on one ability to learn and involve in particular areas of literacy. The concept of language
learning is autonomous and revolves around own learning of person that is self access, self stud,
distance learning and out of class room learning (Pinker and Ullman, 2002). As per this it can be
stated that it is important for r the people to seek individual interest in language to boost
awareness and cognition. Apart from this, study of future of past tense debate helped in
understanding about the changes in verbs by different people. From the article it is clear
grammatical processing is crucial part of English language but has no specified rule or system to
be grasped and therefore people make use of verbs according to own understanding and mental
