Question 1

feedback for the work.
The major steps for the peer review of the draft as composed by a peer includes the
thorough reading of the concerned document. They should have a clear understanding of the
feedback form that has been shared with them for providing the feedback. The peers should point
out the strengths and the weaknesses of the concerned paper (Koshy et al., 2018). The reviewers
should be advised to put forth the constructive comments which in turn might help in the
