Canadian English is among the varieties of native language in Canada. This is because the
majority of indigenous people are north Americans and Germans. Components of Canadian
English are British English and American English. According to a census conducted in 2011,
English was the leading language with 19million people proceeded by Canadian French.
Nevertheless, English used in Canada relates significantly to American English. However,
Canadian and US English are classified as North American English (Arena). It’s hard for a

well. English is not spoken in most countries, but it an official language in 53 states with over
400 million people globally speaking English. By learning English, people can communicate
effectively (Song, 245). With knowledge in English, one can interact easily with fellow citizens
globally. English always opens more advantage. It plays a vital role in peoples lives and also in a
student’s life. Being able to communicate in French and English is very vital in Canada. Finally,
English is among the most dominating languages in the world. Due to the advancement in
technologies and developments, people are adapting to using English as an official language.
English is an avoidable essential language in today’s world.
