“Problems based on the dominance of English Language based education during the impacts of
Globalization”
“In the recent times, there are many people who have learned English as their second language
than the speakers of native language” (Lehnardt, 2018). Globalization could be defined as a
process that would be able to imply different radical changes within the lives of individuals.
With the rise in the education based on English language in all parts of the world, there are
different kinds of problems that are faced due to the dominating effect of English language. With
the rising impacts of globalization on the modern society, there have also been a rise in the
number of negative effects on cultural diversity, political issues, social issues and many others.
On a further prospect, the rising demand of English language has created a high form of inferior
complexity within the society as most of the people do not have access to education based on
English language.
From the proper understanding of the topic (“Dominance and Globalizations of education based
on English language”), there have been different kinds of problems that have risen with the
impact of such kind of quality of education. Some of the problems are “Cultural identity” and
“inferior complexity”. The globalization based on cultural identity could be understood in
different aspects. One such example that could be considered in this aspect is – an instrument
based on the economic success or the creator of the class based on new inequality (Johnson,

2009). There are different people who prefer to speak English as their primary language. The
English language plays a major role based on communicating with other people based from
different linguistic backgrounds. With each passing day, the global language is becoming as the
primary language within the youngsters. As English has become one of the most popular
language, this language is mostly used in different sectors such as politics, diplomacy,
technology and commerce. Majority of people from other countries are shifting to other nations
in order to attain different kinds of facilities in order to attain higher level of education. There is
a current trend of the adoption of western attires, style of speaking and eatable things. English is
considered to be a cultural capital and thus it has been regarded that an individual should be able
to understand a foreign language in order to attain success in life. This is considered to be the
primary reason for which different people would move to different English speaking countries.
On the second context, “Inferior complexity” could be considered as the secondary problem for
the lacking of confidence and confusion of identity. Although the process of globalization would
be able to open different kinds of opportunities but this would also have different positive and
negative implications. There are some people who face different vital challenges based on
speaking fluent English with high accuracy. One of the example that is highly considerable is
that different students based in India have Hindi as their mother language. These students face a
major kind of difficulty based on gaining higher educations from different developed countries.
These arise due to the lack of confidence, knowledge and high speaking skills. Moreover, it has
been seen that most of the lives of the people in these countries are involved within the global
situation and stuck within local identity and thus they develop a hybrid identity. The different
essential things such as the Internet, computer and other technical equipment are mainly operated
with English as the language of communication. Hence, most of the people would have to

depend on this language. The use of language would have a great influence on the cultural
identity of an individual.
Based on recapitulating, it could be concluded that globalization and English language work in a
simultaneous manner. These are meant for the purpose of achieving the goals based on business,
politics and communication, which would help in making the ways to be simpler. Hence, the
public and government should work in a simultaneous manner for combating the global issue.
From the discussion, it could be concluded that English could be considered as the next
generation of academics. Moreover, the government within different countries should make it a
mandatory process to include English as the language of communication within most of the
educational systems. The English language should be included within the curriculum of the
schooling system. This would be helpful for defining their careers and this would help the
language to be more interesting and alive.
