4.1 Ways in which teaching and learning resources
meet individual needs of learner
■ The technology is useful in gaining information and knowledge. By using various application and
software speaking and writing skills can be improved. In recent time, teachers are using
technology to learn and gain knowledge.
■ They are able to meet individual requirements and bring improvement in practice area. There are
many other resources as well such as E library, etc. that can be used to improve English language.
■ The teacher can also use online videos to learn new concepts about English. It will enable in
providing new ways to students on how they can improve English. In addition to it, by giving
presentation and showing online videos learners language can be improved. The use technology
and E library will ease in teaching practice. It will be easy for students to learn things. By this
quality of practice area will also be maintained.

■ It will enhance student speaking and written language. By this their needs will be fulfilled. There
are other teaching resources as well such as hand books, vocabulary, etc. these all can be used to
give lectures and fulfil needs of learner. It will help them to increase their vocabulary, improve
writing, etc. also, learner will seek language in effective way. In this their needs will be fulfilled.

■ It is necessary to bring improvement and maintain quality of teaching so that student skills can be
developed. Moreover, the practice area must be maintained by through technology.
■ It can be implemented in overall practice so that changes in procedures are made. Here, quality
can be maintained by following procedures, using resources, etc. to improve knowledge.
Moreover, by integrating or combing it with another practice area like science, etc. teaching can
be improved.

■ As a teacher it is required that other people are also involved in taking developing plan that helps
in improving practice areas successful. Also, policy can be formed by including experience
teachers.
■ The hand books, vocabulary can be developed by taking reviews of others. It may also help in
making changes in plans and using resources. An effective schedule can be developed that what
resource is to be used and when. Thus, other teacher and trainer can be involved in it.

CONCLUSION
■ From the above presentation it has also been observed that English is an extremely
important subject as well as a language that should be taught in schools as the first
language as it helps people in connecting with each other.
■ It has been analysed that English specialist teacher helps the students to improve their
English not only as a subject but as their first language as well.
