The fact of the case is the respondent was an employee of a company the employment cont5ract
has been terminated by one of the party on the 12 weeks’ notice. She lost her employment for the
redundancy on her 50th Birthday. Therefore she has claimed for a non-actuarially reduced
retirement pension which approximately £250,000.
The respondent has started for a case proceeding where she claimed about the entitlement
to the early retirement pension according to her commence letter to the company. However, the
court of the appeal has dismissed her appeal due to the insufficient information and delayed to
communicate with the company regarding the redundancy.
The process of the resolving of case also processed outside of the court through the
meditation process. In this process a mediator interfere with the case where they resolving of the
case in a short and simple process. If there is any claim has been found then through a mutual
