have also influenced the people of the society or the groups. The farmer is one such character in
the essay of Emerson who has portrayed immense confidence and shown how one can overcome
all the odds. Emerson has shown in his essay that God has given the life to all the persons with
immense unique abilities. However, he has also advised all the people to be honest in all their
social relationships (Robinson: 16).
The concept of the transcendentalism is also one of the major things that the characters of
the Emerson are filled with. The characters would be able to see the changing perspectives and
this will definitely be helpful for them to adjust with. The consequences of the defeat of all the
negative situations are very interesting in this matter (Emerson: 13). It has to be made sure that
the characters like the farmer or the politician is always able to keep alive all the social
relationships. Thus, he would be able to get rid of the problems in his daily life. The people like
