Global mind set is indicative of the culture that encourages openness and one has the

technology in order to serve the social procedures. I have the opinion that the 7R Model of
Shamar can help in the evaluation in relation to effectiveness of a solution. This model helps
in the classification of the innovative ideas.
The topic of 7R’s “How to improve my English” was chosen because the traffic in
relation to international students has made it necessary that one is absolutely fluent with
English. I think that it can help an individual in increasing the career opportunities and it can
create challenges in relation to the international students. The international students need
some kind of a solution that can help them in improving their English. The lack of English
speaking skills can be cured with the help of portable assistance service. I think that it can
prove to be great use for the students. I think that the revolutionary aspect can help in

change the topic because I think that learning English is of considerable importance in the

According to me, global culture refers to group of human beings who can identify
themselves with each other. Global culture enables an individual in transcending the national
borders and global culture exists at the superficial level. I think that cultural globalisation is
indicative of the movement of attitudes along with ideas across that of national borders. I
think that it can prove to be of great help in transcending the local cultural tradition that can
play an important role in shaping the perceptions and tastes of the people. I think that I am
open with the different cultures because the way I have been brought up in Australia has
helped me in the process of developing a global mind set. The culture of the Australian
people has been shaped to a great extent by the diversity of the people. Australia is a
multicultural nation and the migrations in Australia account for the cultural diversity. I grew
up in a neighbourhood that had people from diverse religions like Hinduism, Buddhism and
Islam and it has greatly helped me in understanding the religious differences and respecting
people from different religious affiliation. I grew up with people having aboriginal origin and
the people belonging to different kinds of ancestries are that of Scottish, Chinese, German,
Italian and Indian. All these have helped me in staying open with the people belonging to
different culture. In the event of studying at Charles Darwin University I came across people
from different kinds of cultural backgrounds and this has helped me in understanding the
cultural patterns of people from different backgrounds. I have learnt that the religions and
habits of people can be different but people have similar ideals that helps the different
communities in staying together.
I have chosen this picture in representing India because it shows that India has people
from different kinds of religious back grounds. The presence of a church, mosque and a
temple serves to highlight the co-existence of people from different religious affiliation. India
being a secular state all the religions are treated on equal basis. Religion is an important part
of the culture of India and religious tolerance have been established in the country with the

help of law. The picture also reveals that the Indians are very hard-working people and a
large portion of the population have to rely on agriculture for their daily sustenance. A large
portion of the population live in the rural areas and they earn their livelihood with the help of
strenuous labour. The grasslands provide feed base in which the livestock can graze and the
livestock also produce different kinds of products like that of fertilizer, milks and fibre. The
picture brings out the humble nature of the Indian people who depend on the land for their
living and use the meagre amount that they earn for fulfilling their basic needs like food and
shelter.
I have been able to improve my mind set by understanding the importance of global
culture. I think that internet can greatly help in bringing people from different nationalities
together and it can greatly assist in the process of globalization. It is a great necessity in the
present age that people know English so that they can talk to people from other countries and
it can greatly help in the establishment of a global culture. There are different kinds of apps
that are available in the market and the students can make use of their smartphone so that
they can gain the knowledge easily. Most of the productive apps within Australia are
