I have come to identify from the video that most leaders in the contemporary world only
want to bring in innovative steps in their ways of operations. The entrepreneurial activities of the
business tycoons have always depended on their innovation and not how they have allowed their
predecessors in business processes (Bentley, 2017). The skilled processes have been very
important for the workers to make the plans work. Employees should also give their opinions
about the importance of the decisions. In my opinion, the entrepreneurial activities will always
be aimed at bringing something new for the development of the organizations (Anderson,
Potočnik & Zhou, 2014).
Otherwise, the act of following footsteps will not be able to drag the attractions of people
at all. In this context, I must say that business leaders must create something out of the box and
put up an incredible performance to make sure they can impress customers in real time. The act
of following is definitely something important to get the ideas that were implemented in the
beginning (Bentley, 2017). Rather, it is also very crucial that other things must also be
incorporated within the process. I find the act of providing similar services and products by new
companies will be problematic to attract the customers.
Rather, the innovative skills of employees should be utilized through collaboration so
best outcomes could be initiated. I strongly believe this process will cater to the development of
organizations in the future. Innovative aspects will also help organizations to adapt with the
recent changes in the business environment (Bentley, 2017). The concepts of innovative skills in
artistic features like singing and dancing have been provided as examples in the video.
