INTRODUCTION
The process of reflection over the Personal Development (PD) takes place in a purposeful
manner over time. The aspects related to the growth in an individual life is critical and require
significant considerations to be taken into account. The reflection thereby refers to the
enumeration of the critical ways which helps in the improvement of the performances (Albrecht,
Moscardo and Dwyer, 2022). The approach an individual opts for in certain situations or the way
he/she interacts in the surroundings must be according to the requirements and the necessities of
the pathway towards growth. This report will deal in the personal reflection of PD and the values
that have been learned during the process of development. The identification of the dilemmas in
regards to the workspace, life and studies along with the formulation a plan to achieve the goals
in life will also be highlighted in the report furthermore.
Reflection on the PD in regards to the self-awareness and personal experiences.
The relation of the personal development is closely linked to the self-awareness of an individual.
It helps in the generation of an opportunity to comprehend towards the significant area of life
that requires an improvement. The relative importance of the personal development planning can
be described as the development of the strengths and boosting of the level of confidence within
an individual. This will help me to focus on the varied dimensions that seem to be out of my
comfort zone. My interest is in the field of management and the necessary skills that are required
for the learning objectives will thereby be explicated in this segment of the report (Garcia, 2022).
The real-life experiences that have been practiced in life by me in regards to the field will also be
elucidated furthermore.
The skills acquired in the process of learning – The analogy of the most significant 4 C’s for the
learning objectives will prove to be an aid for me in order to comprehend towards the process of
learning. This includes the inclusion of critical thinking, creative and innovative analogy,
communicating in an active manner and collaborating efficaciously. The analysis of the
problems that can arise in the decision-making process must be done in a befitting manner by me
through the appropriate classification of the varied segments of the theme. The brainstorming for
fetching the best course of action for the process to be undertaken will help me in the creative
analogy of the learning dimensions. The fluency in the communication along with the active
listening will prove to be an aid for me to careful pay attention towards the possible solutions of

the problems. The comprehensive learning of the allocation of the resources will imping the
responsibility mechanism in me (Gordon, 2022).
The personal experiences in the field of management – The acquirement of a position in a
company helps in the gaining of significant experiences with varied skills and capabilities. I have
worked with reputed companies and the expertise that have been gained by me as a Project Head,
helped me realized the importance of practical learning. The excelling as the supreme leader of
the team, making the human resources of the project, to attain the competitive edge for the firm
and the values and standards that have been learned by me throughout, will definitely help me in
the accomplishment of influential elevation in the coming future.

acknowledged by me in life should be:
Admission of mistakes – We all are humans and the certainty of occurrence of an mistake in life
is significant and we should not blame it on the others. I should be brave enough to admit my
mistakes an try to not repeat in the coming future. Each of the experience will only help me
learning and improving which will prove to be ad in order to guide my fellow employees in the
team.
Promotion of Diversity – The harnessing of this segment is an imperative tool for a leader. The
employees belonging to varied backgrounds and experiences should always feel welcome in the
company they are working for and this aspect must be taken taken by me as the project head of
the team.
Value of Listening – The viewpoints of the employees should be taken into account and they
must feel that their feedback and suggestions are taken seriously. They should not feel any
sought of negligence in regards to their share in the functioning of the office (He and et. al.,
2022). The employee's contribution is very significant and critical for the growth and
development of the company.

Analysis of the dilemma faced in life in respect to the balance between work, home and study
life.
There is an imperative need to maintain a balance between work, study and home life in
order to excel in each of the segment. The inefficacy in either of the management can lead to the
creation of issues. There are certain tips that can be taken into account be me in order to establish
an effective balance between the personal life, academia and the work life.
Never Procrastinate – The delaying of the activities can lead to significant loss of time as well as
it will end up to be a hue pile and will become a burden eventually. I should never taken this
approach of procrastination in life as it will only increase the level of stress rather that adding up
of any sought a welfare towards life.
Avoidance of Multitasking – The consumption of energy is comparatively more when we try to
do a bunch of activities at once. Each of the task requires complete focus towards it and the lack
in either of the activity can lead to its failure (Kipiani, 2022). Therefore, I will never try to do
multiple things ta once and the best approach that will be take by me is complete one particular
task and then moving on to the other.
Avoidance of Distractions – The work life should never be mix matched with the personal life or
the academia. The implication of one division should not impact the functioning of the other.
Also, the social media distractions must not be taken in a serious manner or else it will create
significant problems in the lifestyle.
Sticking up to a Schedule – The time management that has been decided by an individual should
be scheduled in such a manner that it does not get affected by any sought of modification. I
should divide the appropriate time between the work space and the personal life to avoid the
scope of mismanagement in life.

One aspect of my life that requires a change – The constant desire of me to direct the workforce
irrespective of the requirement needs to change. The approach should mend into the direction of
directive to instructive. The supervision over the operations of the employees must not seem to

rather should be comfortable in sharing their respective viewpoints with me.
