good communication skill save a person from many conflicting situations. Like good
communication skills, it is equally essential that one has the listening skill because it gives a

chance to an individual to learn many new things as it helps in making strong bonding with
others, especially with seniors in an organisation. Listening ability can be acquired through

of time it may result in loss of cost and energy. So, time is the essence and it mus be utilized with
resolute firmness with the view to complete task on time. Organisations are very practical in
terms of time management and they set deadlines for the tasks within which the task must be
done. Nevertheless, time management enhances productivity and credibility of workers as they
are not allowed to wast time during the course of business. The employees are well aware about
their tasks and in what time they need to finish such given task. Employees too set their standard
of work and complete their work within time. Time management controls work force and
employees remain motivated towards their set targets give their best to attain goals of an
organisation.
Colleges and universities assigns projects and research programmes to students based on
their subjects in which students have apply their minds on critical research and consolidate
