Reflective
I felt that communication are most essential to get achievement in the life. The
communication skills helps in get interaction with others and helps in expressed the feeling and
opinion in the non-verbal and verbal communication. Before these evaluate, I don't know about
that how to get interact with group in the wellness and social care areas. I get helps from my
friends and colleagues to learn about the effective communication which are most essential for
become success in life and also important for achieve the goals and objectives. The main purpose
of communication in the health and social care is to understand the other feelings and influence
and meet to others on the social expectations (Pless, 2021). The communication helps in learning
the bets also manage the time and difficulties which can be handled with the communication.
I refer the primary sources such as books, journals and videos which helps me learn
effectively. I am not able to complete my task without communication in the health and social
care. I tried to learn but I get helps from my seniors and books and journals and that really help
me in learning a lot. The seven Cs of communication are also improved that includes the
courtesy, conciseness, concreteness, consideration, clarity, correctness, completeness and
consideration (Thu, 2020). I learnt various skills with the communication skills because
communication skills are also consisted the many skills such as listening skills and empathy
skills. It helps in develop the confidence, now I can talk to anyone in the health and social care
with confidence and not hesitate to interact with other persons. The communication skills also
helps in develop the emotional intelligence, now I am able to understand the other emotion and
feeling which are most important in the health and social care sectors.
In furthermore, I communicate with other people and that assist in make new friends as
well as I am also become open mindlessness. I also experienced about that how to interact in
non-verbal communication and verbal communication methods in the health and social care with
clients. the non-verbal communication are also crucial in these sectors because many social unit
are not able to talk in trouble time so, I also learnt to understand the non-verbal communication.
The communication skills helps in improve my various qualities such as I become good listener,
observant, polite nature, concise as well as become appreciative.
