Introduction
In the current business scenario, communication between the internal stakeholders helps
in gaining workplace motivation for the employees. This is due to the reason that effective
communication process helps the employees to share their challenges and issues and convey
them to upper level management and vice versa. However, this should also be noted that in order
to have effective process of communication in the workplace, it is important to have innovative
communication tools. These tools will have different set of utilities and can help in enhancing the
workplace motivation.
In this essay, 10 articles will be selected, which will discuss about the role of the
innovative communication tool in enhancing the workplace motivation. These 10 articles will be
chosen based on which the further research will be done in the following assignments.

employees is interrelated due to the reason that the more effective will be the process of
communication, the more will be the provision for them to engage with other stakeholders. This
will ensure that employee issues will be mitigated. This article is selected due to the reason that
before analyzing about the role of the communication tool in boosting the workplace motivation,
it is important to have the understanding about the relationship between the communication
process and employee motivation. This article analyzed about this variable and will be useful in

In addition, this article also discussed about how the effective process of communication will

analyzed. This information will also be beneficial in gaining the knowledge required in analyzing
