INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management refers to the detailed study about the administrative tasks of hotels
or resorts in order to enhance the service quality of the firm which ultimately satisfies the
consumers or tourists and thus enhance the profit margin of the organization (Brennen, P.G.,
2017). The goal as hospitality manager is to ensure the warm and welcoming environment of the

continuously growing consumer expectations in relation to extra ordinary services, hygiene
standards and customised personal experiences, Hilton facing high amount of challenges and due
