This report will cover the comparison of three articles that based on improving the quality of
living for the older people, it begins with identifying the common theme of journal articles and
then key points, further discuss the similarities and differences along with strength and
weakness. It finally discusses the critically identification of way to cooperate the engagement of
older people with the living quality process.

C Similarities and differences in three articles
Similarities in three of article are found that, it highlights the demand of physical activities
in elderly to avoid any vulnerable situation that can be a life threatening for them. As in first
article it shows that participating in continual moderate intensity such as walking, cycling helps
in providing the benefit for health (André and et.al 2018). Similarly, in article two it is stated that
physical activity helps in increasing the physical capacity and sufferance in frail old people. And
in third article it also discusses that with physical exercise older people can easily pursue their
quality of life. As such differences can be seen as both first and third article aim to focus on
introducing the physical activity plan but on the other hand in article two it is found that people
who suffer from dementia are at fall risk thus this limits their physical functioning.
Strength and weakness in three articles
As for the first article its strength is it is well written and use of language is better that
helps in developing the direct concept as increment in physical exercise helps in providing the
significant benefits for health. Its weakness can be there are some short terns given which are PA
SCAQ, EQ-5D-5L at some point it is confusing the reader. In article two its strength is clear
structure and concept but too much numeric data which is not in proper order is found as its
weakness. At last in third article, it provides the specific terms first that helps in forming the
further knowledge and as such weakness is improper structuring.
D Critically identification of way to cooperate with engagement for improving the quality of
living among older people
As for the older people it is important to introduce the physical activity plan in order to support
their quality of life (Moore and et.al 2020). Better and efficient way is to communicate with
them, as most of the older people gets offended so it is important to pursue with proper strategies
as to involve families as well, it helps the patient to respond effectively. Also to follow all social
policies in regards with social participation of the older people especially after their retirement.
Helps the elderly to understand the need of exercise so that they regularly lay out physical
activity that supports their cognition development.
CONCLUSION
From the above it is concluded that physical activity helps in mitigating all the health risk, at
certain point of age Elder people mainly suffers from low immune system and poor functioning

of organs thus it causes severe health conditions for them. Thus above it illustrated the
description of three articles that highlighted as how physical activity can help in improving the
quality of life for elderly.
