Introduction
It is very important for the students to have various communications skills in order to
enhance the productivity and efficiency within the university. This report has been
conducted in order to evaluate the various policies which can be adopted by UONL. This can
help the university in order to enhance the employability with skills which need to be
adopted by the students for their future career growth. As the university need to introduce
the various programs in which it can focus on enhancing the different skills for the students.
It is very important for the university to allocate funds in order to introduce a new course
within the university. (Claro, and et.al., 208). This report will include discussion on the three
articles which has been govern. It is very important to analyse the various solutions which is
given in order to identify the best suitable among them. As the University has limited
number of funds so in this case it is important to recommend the best solution to the
university.
Analysis
As per the analysis and situation, there are different articles which need to be analysed in
order to enhance the employability skills for students.
As per the situation, it is identified that three recommendations help to enhance
employability skills. So, there are three recommendations are discussed below:
1. Language skills: way to get a job
2. Computer and ICT skills: The Fallacy of the Digital Native
3. Critical Digital Literacy in the 21st Century
Article 1
From this article it is identified that it is very important for the UONL university to
take the initiative in order to assist students in learning the different languages within the
future career path. It has been identified that according to researchers, the students who
have skills of the different languages can apply and get the job easily. As per the job
requirements the language is considered the top most priority which is been observed
within the recruiter. As this will help the students in communicating with the abroad clients.
As if the students are planning to go to Germany, France in abroad in order to settle their
career this is the most important aspect for the university in order to develop employability
skills within them. It is identified that learning different languages is essential or students in
order to build their employability skills. (Hodge, , Wanek, and Rech, 2020)
As the current example of Brexit, it is becoming more complex for the people
because of changing the country in order to increase their work in different countries. This is
the main reason which is identified for the student to learn at least one different language
for their future career development and growth. As the technology also plays a major role
and the advancement have a benefit for students to learn the language in defective and

efficient way. This can be advantageous for developing the curriculum vitae for students
which help individual to differentiate them, with the other applicants. It is observed that
foreign language is not that easy task as this can be difficult for students to learn the
different aspect and words for understanding the language of different countries. It is very
important for students to have this learning skills in order to adopt employability skills to
build their career in the organisation. (Krause,and et.al., 2022)

As it has been observed that advancement in technology is developing day by day within the
world. As the use of the technology with the computer devices is becoming the most
important for every purposes around the world in order to save time. The technology plays
important role in academic learning and as well as in the business organisations in the
workplaces for achieving the outcomes in a better and effective way. It is very important for
the Universities to understand the ICT skills as in the professional career its plays the vital
role. The information communication technology need to be adopted by the individual as
the companies recruit people on the basis of skills they have in order to work with computer
knowledge. During a study it was found that students are lacking in the ICT skills which need
to be developed in order to be effective learners. As the employability skills plays major role
for students in getting selected within the reputed organisation. The recruiters seek for the
students who have a certificate of ICT course within their academics learning. If the
university focus on delivering the various course related to ICT skills which can help in
developing them for better results and outcomes. From the analysis, it can be easily
understood that technology is becoming an essential element of success and it is really
playing an significant role in getting a good job. It becomes an essential employability skill
that enhances the career growth of students. (Lee, C., 2021).
Article 3
It is analysed that in order to achieve success and growth in 21st century it is essential
for stunners to develop ICT skills which can help them in developing their curriculum vitae.
As from the view points of the organisation they require the candidates who have effective
skulls related to information technology in order to work with the systems within the
workplace. According to the researchers it is advised that students in getting better digital
skills which help them to get a job in a easy way. As per this article, it is observed that
critical digital literacy is found to be complex and vast. t is included and crucial elements
such as digital creation, ICT proficiency, collaboration and participation, problem solving and
innovation, digital creation, digital identity, digital learning and development. (Konar, N.,
2021)
It is observed that these skills are not easy to develop and learn and this is complex for
students. It is very essential for the university to provide with the computer It skills which

will enhance in their productivity. It is also analysed that there are various students who are
weak in the ICT skills which need to be developed for the employability skills for an
individual. As the companies seek for the candidates who have a knowledge of the
computer in order to work with the various software and enhances in the productivity of
achieves the goals and objectives. (Patell, and et.al., 2018)
There were various challenged which was faced by students such as logging to the systems
was very difficult. As the student take admission in university so the individual is new to the
building and the environment which might be challenging for some individual to interact with
other.
Conclusion
From the above report it is conclude that it is very important for the University to
develop certain programs in order to increase the knowledge and skills of the students
which will help them to be effective individual within the workplace. It is been suggested
that the University can focus on ICT skills which can enhance in the productivity of an
individual. There are various solutions provided in this report which will help students in
developing their career. It is very important f or university to develop this learning in order
to make students productive and prepare them for getting a job in a reputed organisation.
Recommendations
After identifying and analysing the three articles which is discussed above it is concluded
that there are several challenges which is faced by the students and in respect to this the
university need to focus on the developing communication courses in order to develop
employability skills for students. Some of recommendation is discussed below:
 It is recommended that the University can concentrate of developing various policies
in order to develop the right environment and from this students will be able to grab
knowledge and skills.
 It is very important for the University to develop a positive environment for better
learning and development.
 It is recommended that the University can adopt the article 2 which is of ICT skills
which will enhance students in their computer knowledge for better employability in
their future career.

 It is found that if these facilities is been provided by the University which will help
students to get better job opportunities and develop their career in a reputed
organisation. The ICT knowledge and skills will help in developing their curriculum

 It is also recommended that the University can focus on providing the best
professors which will help students in learning the information technology skills in a
better and effective way which will enhance in their ability to perform
