Subway Sandwiches and Salads is one of the most popular and best-rated food franchises in
Canada. Personally, the amazing sandwiches on its menu make it my favorite food stops and the
work environment would provide a good challenge for my bookkeeping career. As such I could
not pass up the opportunity to respond to the post put up on February 19, 2019, advertising a
vacancy for a full time bookkeeping position.
My knowledge and expertise in accounting and computer science stems from my undergraduate
degree in Bachelor of Commerce and an Advanced Certificate in Computer science. My studies,
therefore, equipped me with the relevant knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping and the
technical and technological skills to execute the instruction. Furthermore, my current place of
work has given me the opportunity to apply and perfect my craft in the capacity of assistant
bookkeeper in the Dairy Queen located in Tacoma Dome-Tacoma, WA. My work has made me
conversant with the reconciliation of accounts, preparation of tax returns, posting of journal
entries, and the preparation of accounting reports. The constant flow of business has also made
me capable of working consistently under pressure.
Given the opportunity, I intend to produce sound, detailed and organized work for Subway
