In this competitive world where cut throat competition is there, it is quite difficult for
business to make them stable in the market for longer period of time. Although, in such criteria,
technology is helping the small business enterprises to develop themselves and compete in
market so that they can earn profit (Cavusgil, 2014). Impact of digitalization is in heavy way on
small enterprises as they make them to fight with rivalries and attain their goal and objective.
The report is based on Ensoft Ltd which manufactures digital electronics and it is better
known for its software products. The founder of Ensoft Ltd is Robert Metcalfe and Howard
Charney. Assignment will discuss about aim and objective firm has and plan of it, it will also
discuss about work break structure which will include small scale research and apart from all
such it will use various tools and techniques and having recommendation as well.

For a business organisation, it is very important to create future objectives and goals to
gain higher success easily. For achieve theses aim, company provides their products and services
in market and build a strong relation with new customers. To get these objectives Ensoft Ltd uses
digital technology and make various strategies or plans. These planning helps them to achieve all
the goals effectively and efficiently (Dezdar and Ainin, 2011). Aims and objectives determines
why a entrepreneur wants to go into business and what their hope to accomplish digitalisation in
their business. These objectives clearly defined targets and planning that are already set by
business owner and management of Ensoft Ltd. There are various aim and objectives of a Ensoft
Ltd as -
 Primary aim of Ensoft Ltd organisation is to use digitalisation in firm to produce effective
product.
