service in order to maintain their performance and profitability effectively. With the help of this
legislation company can easily enhance their service quality and standard easily. There are some
roles and responsibility of NHS in order to keep food safety act systematically (Jeffreys, 2015).
In this business mainly use four Cs' which are determined as below: Cleaning: Confirm that utensil and surfaces that exit into legal statement with nutrient
are kept fresh. Cooking: Confirm that hot nutrient, especially meat such as pork and chicken. In this
business should tries to maintain service quality in an effective manner. Chilling: In this NHS ensure that freezers and refrigerators in order to stored food in a
sufficient manner.
Cross-Contamination: In this business organisation confirm that bacteria which are not
conveyance from one to another surface for example: cleaning and hands cloths.
There are some strength and weakness of food safety act 1990 which is important for the NHS to
maintain their food quality and improve performance level systematically (Phillips, 2016). These
