1. INTRODUCTION
The Structural design of the company was a systematic method followed by the company for its
functioning. That allows the company to change its tactics in the business based on the current
trend in technological development (Beauvoir, 2018). That was done by the aid of TOGAF frame
work. A set of activities that are formed to using as a guideline for the enterprise architecture.
That contains tools & techniques used in an organization. This is an iterative model where the
best methodology was identified by the reiteration process (Togaf.info, 2018). TOGAF system
follows the below showed approach.

Vision- this is the primary operational stage where we can develop the scope of the organization,
finding the involved persons, and getting approval.
Business architecture- this is structure of the organization formed by the basis of the policy and
vision of the company.
IT structure- this stage deals with the improvement of the IT tools like database and other
relevant application development.
Technology Structure- this stage was focused on the improvement of the technological tools and
its structures.
Opportunities- Primarily all the planned items in the below stages were implemented.
Migration plan- this stage was focused on the process of formulate the series of transition.

Setting governance- It is the process of monitoring the overall implementation.
Implement new Structure – here the new structure developed by the method was established.
Archi
It is one of the tools targeted on the way for an entire level of enterprise architects and
also Modelers. For the user, it is the low cost entry solution and its first steps is ArchiMate
modeling language. The company hopes to involve who are looking for open source and cross
platform ArchiMate modeling tool. It is one type of framework. The enterprise architecture
supports the description of the ArchiMate modeling language. Its analysis and imagining of
architecture within the business domain. ArchiMate is fully aligned with TOGAF and it is hosted
by the open group. The design choice and any changes that caused to impact are assessing the
stakeholder in ArchiMate aid.
The enterprise architects needs are achieved by Archi and associated stakeholder,
required for ArchiMate modelling has been designed elegantly to deliver the main features. It is
used across worldwide by companies, EA consultant, training organization, universities, students
and bank and its download ratings are good at every month among two and three thousand time.
The version of Archi4 is available in market and latest version support ArchiMate language –
ArchiMate 3. In this version also include capacity to change model using new version of open
group ArchiMate exchange format. Exchange means transfer your model into different

holder’s needs as well as customer’s needs. That goals must represent the organization objective.

4. BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE
Developing the base line for the structural design was carried out in this stage. Here the
proper set of tools and techniques are selected for the process. Consider the previous method as a
basic reference. After selecting the suitable methodology and tools, the further work carried on.
That was creating the base models for the structural design. That was shown in the below image.

activities. That company only makes some variety of the products. Here we need to represent the
each activities in the flow chart with its functions. Business architecture was helped to show the

5. IT STRUCTURE
There are three division approved a common web portal, software suite and document
management system. The company has introduced the new strategic CRM solution and
implemented in both home and away for profit. The management focuses on to reduce the post-

7. TARGET SYSTEM STRUCTURAL DESIGN
In TOGAF process the second phase was known as Business-Architecture. In case we
modify the previous organization structure, we need to design the target system structure and
GAP ANALYSIS. Here we would see about the target system structure. Process of making the

Identification of all the available initiatives was the first process carried out in this process. In
this stage we need to analyze the percentage rate of success of the business. Here all the
capabilities of the organization must be clearly defined.
Set up the outcomes
Here we need to find the deploying team for the organization. After founding the proper
selection process the works are divided into the parts and assigned to the members of the team.
Then we proceed the further process like executing the plans, etc. This is the final stage of this
process.
8. GAP ANALYSIS
The deviation among the 2 different structural design for the organization was measured
by this method. In general those activities are carried out among the Base line structural design
& Target architecture. It is also considered as the important practice carried in the organization.

Mostly the process involved in the business, supporting data, etc. are missed. That was
identified by the technique called as Gap Analysis Matrix. Example for the is technique was

Accidently Missed – This type of gap was easily rectified because they are planned already but
accidently they were missed. So we can simply rectify those fault.
Purposely Missed – This type of gap was missed for the some difficulties in the process. So
they missed this process.
Not mentioned – This type of gap was occurred because the person who planned the structure
not mentioned anything about those data.
