Recommended Changes: The main issue of organization is absence of efficient and
effective communication medium for the customer. The customer needs to have communication
medium that can allow him/her to send claims request instantly. In order to achieve this goal, the
organization can have a web based system which is accessible from various modern day web
browsers. The system will have a form called claim request form. The customer will fill and
submit the form to register a windshield repair request. As the system will be deployed in the
same server, the system can be integrated with same database. This centralized database will
store and manipulate the business data. Each data inserted into the database can be processed to
generate information for management to monitor.
Another change is for the repair shops. The repair shops will not need to create the paper
invoices any more. The system will be able to gather requirement of the job done along with cost
of repair. Based on the data, the system can generate invoice automatically. After creating of an
invoice, the organization will get a notification.
