As per scenario, GovDept’s has been involved the practices with other external consultant.
The purpose is to engage with the EA consultancy which help for consisting different
architecture that mainly specified in different areas. The entire team will participate in the project
and also collecting a lot of information about the resources (Fritscher and Pigneur, 2020).
Afterwards, GovDept coordinate with consultancy team to make a plan whereas each leaders are
playing significant role in the project execution process. In this way, it is important for
understanding the overall project need and requirement. That’s why, it is an essential part of
project which mainly created an efficient plan that always support for improving task
management.
Based on EA artefact plan, it has been analysing GovDept in term of desired as well as
current maturity of enterprise capabilities. In order to map the existing application in respective
abilities. During process planning, it has been captured the all necessary entities and also
documented the essential technologies which always support for organization development. It is
useful for defining the target application and also created the significant parameter to fulfil
requirement of business in proper manner.
