Introduction
Enterprise Architecture (i.e. EA) offers an integrated approach and atmosphere to align company
with IT. It describes the existing architecture (i.e. As-Is) and defines the requested architecture
(i.e. To-Be), as well as reflects the relocation strategy going from recent to the required design of
a firm to get the ideal environment for both the orientation of businesses and technology. Here,
importance of designing effective enterprise architecture has been explained in order to provide
best performance and services for the organization or enterprise due to implementation latest and
advanced architectural design for the enterprise. The selected paper has been reviewed and
evaluated on the basis of their design, development and implementation within an enterprise for
the advancement of their processing and processes. Evaluating the information gathered from the
specified case study protocol, which includes the outcomes of the selected paper analysis and
specialist assessments, is the assessment findings over Enterprise Architecture

Background of EA
The 3 phases of the EA initiative must be defined at 4 structural phases— company, information,
implementation, and facilities. EA delivery is not the ultimate phase of an EA initiative; it also
requires to guarantee that classes acquired through the EA which are not overlooked. Enterprises
may efficiently develop and implement potential EA initiatives by taking advantage of the taught
experiences of past initiatives. That is where it is useful to perform a counter-implementation
evaluation. Also, PIR's aim is to assess the achievement of the proposal's goals and the
effectiveness of the proposal's EA procedure in monitoring the team. Professionals regularly
evaluate the importance of continuous costs for the activity and storage of another EA element
across the development of the EA element [1]. This assesses the continued importance of the full
company, engineering and inclusion setting. This study, therefore, aims to create a binary EA
assessment process to address all elements of EA. Such performance variables, the orientation,
metrics and comprehension of the VEA are the primary aim of the study evaluated. While some
issues have already been recognized in initial research, the assessment template must take into
consideration all elements of EA, the use of organized approaches and consideration of a
technological coating and an arrangement. EAV relies heavily on visual designs as feedback and
as grounds for assessment and debate because they promote architecture information exchange
and communication among multiple participants from distinct fields. In addition, more
computational methods such as modelling and sampling may be used, but comprehensive
architecture explanations are needed.
Evaluation of Enterprise Architecture
The assessment method is intended to define and monitor the key regions of execution of the EA
initiative. To guarantee that all aspects of the EA effort are considered and evaluated, a series of
assessment requirements should be applied. Throughout the company growth, growth of IS,
acquisition of IS and IT procedures the EAV method must be incorporated. The assessment
findings are essential for each individual participating in the execution plan and the assessment
outcomes are therefore taken into account at the choice-making stage. The results of an EA
design assessment determine the achievement of the IS as the capital as well as software. The
EAV must not only operate as a system for reasoning but also as an instrument for teaching.
Guidance from the assessment method should, if needed, contribute to remedial measures during

most of the growth of ISs [1]. The two different methods of evaluation such as “Goal-based” and
“Criteria-based” has been utilized by the author in order to develop the best evaluation report for
the design and architecture of an enterprise.

The result of evaluation helps with measurement of different factors which has impacted over the
functions of enterprise which has been given below:
 Measurement of Financial condition for the enterprise.
 Measurement of Non-financial condition for the enterprise.
 Measurement of Tangible condition for the enterprise.
 Measurement of Intangible condition for the enterprise.
The hybrid methodology suggested by the author
According to author Nikpay and others in their paper, a mixture of IS evaluation principle and
layout physics in the IS principle is really the basic cycle of the suggested hybrid technique. It
aims to provide the technique with the technique added in compliance with Henver and al.
directives as a foundational element of assessment. Given that we are discussing a new method
of EA assessment with the aim of covering unanswered issues of efficiency and compatibility in
the EA assessment, this can be regarded as a scenario of layout research [1]. Different factors
utilized within the suggested technique for the architecture of enterprise has been mentioned
below:
 Practice: It implies to the collection of operations and procedures to be implemented and
developed by a coherent set of regulations and designs to direct the layout and execution
of business operations, corporate culture, communication or network infrastructure.

 Evaluation: It implies to a "motivated survey" sort that also "relates the empirical
processes for collecting and analyzing data regarding projects, ventures and scheduled
measures in terms of style, framework, and results."
 Functionality: The "feature" of corporate design explains that all IT components–
structures, processes and individuals –operate together into an entire organization.
 Efficiency: It implies the extent by which EA agencies have achieved their goals (i.e. its
aim of improving enterprise efficiency).
To produce alike extensive and profound outcomes, a "hybrid technique" has been used. This
technique incorporates efficiency and usability and is therefore used by assessors.
Methodology
Here, analysis and evaluation of entire data and the research techniques have been done based on
“Qualitative Analysis” including planning, selection of topic and related resources or books to
collect the important data for the evaluation. All these techniques have been utilized within the
selected paper in order to develop effective analysis and understanding about the designing and
implementation of effective architecture developed for the enterprise or the organization so that
its performance, as well as operations, can be improved to meet the latest requirements. An
example “Qualitative Analysis” has been shown below:

Also, the survey as well as interviews conducted with multiple members based on selected
questions as well as data related with architecture and design of suitable models to be
implemented by the enterprise to improve the system performance. It also helps to measure the

risks and challenges related to the development and implementation of new and effective system
designed for the enterprise. All these helps in effective evaluation of the results gathered from
the survey and interviews conducted to get the best ideas and techniques along with
minimization of risks with the developed enterprise architecture in the working and efficiency of
system performance.

Conclusion
This report introduced a hybrid strategy for the assessment of EA in the enterprise. The research
of EA history assessment made it easier to comprehend things and issues of the current approach.
By examining current assessment designs, no complete or organized efficacy and compatibility
system were implemented. A technique suggested in this report is lightweight and integrative and
promotes EA application in feature and efficiency. Possible in all enterprises, useful for both the
assessment of applied EA artworks, comprehensive in assistance for all elements of the
application of EA, adaptable in offering a creative EA assessment atmosphere and an organized
process predicated on conceptual strategies, it really is easy to remember and use. The findings
could be helpful for researchers and professionals in the application of EA programs and in
expanding EA assessment studies. It promotes EA features and efficiency in application, offers
simple-to-use and discovers, coherent techniques with diverse views, offers step-by-step
instructions for its framework and promotes retention and process development and promotes all
activities for EA execution. It helps in successful completion of this report as well as the study
over the effective design and implementation of enterprise architecture using hybrid method for
the enhancement of system performance and understanding of an individual involved with
system designing for various organizations as well as enterprises.
