INTRODUCTION
In today’s Technological era there is need to install and implement new system and
application within organization so that efficiency can be enhanced. Along with it, companies
need to cope up with advanced technology to compete with other. However, use of technology
has allowed in sharing of data and info in effective way. The planning is been done by analysing
data. EA is a tool that allows in planning of structure (Fritscher, and Pigneur, 2020.)
In this report it will be described about Concept of data and info architecture and how EA will be
beneficial for Fincorp. Also, how EA software will support in continuous planning. Moreover, it
will be explained role of audit and complaince standard in EA and how stakeholders can take
effective decision. Besides that, how EA will improve business and align IT.
Core concepts of data and info architecture and how EA will be beneficial for Fincorp
Data and information architecture refer to use of info for a particular project. It is a model which
works on set defined information to be organized and managrd together. This state that how info
will be linked, accessed and used. Usually, there are 3 concept of data and information
Architecture that are content, user and context. User refer to target audience for which info is to
be used. Content is related to text, numeric and context is technology, goals, objectives etc for
which it is used. Generally, concept of IA is that is package. It is package of images, video, or
other data form ( Ahlemann, , Legner. and Lux, 2020.). Thus, IA consist of what type of
package will be and how it has to be managed. Other than this, another concept is attribute which
state how to describe package. It contain detail for which things are to be described. For
example, gender, people, etc package can be described with attribute. This can be either physical
or abstract attribute. In physical it is number whereas in abstract it is context of paragraph. It is
necessary to describe attribute in IA. It has been analysed that EA will be highly beneficial for
Fincorp. This is because it will help in managing and organing data and info properly. Besides, it
will help in managing resources within project and as per requirement of Fincorp. So, it will led
to reduction in cost. It will help in changing design of architect and providing reak time info to
all. Hence, data can be quickly access by architecture and decision are taken. Apart from it, EA
will help in identifying that how changes can impact on design and what type of risk can occur.
Thus, its impact can be mitigated and it will led in increasing efficiency of Fincorp. Along with
it, EA can be aligned with risk management software as well. This will be useful in identifying
risk and accordingly making changes in architecture design. Also, it will help in finding out how

with change in design there is impact on risk (Negara,. and Emanuel, 2020). EA can be aligned
with IT management. It will provide info about changing processes and eliminating errors. So,
there will be smooth flow of data. The company will be able to maintain security breach and
various types of system to be used in it. In this way, the tool can be used in facilitating business
decision and IT alignment. With help of it, complex structure can be solved. The tool can be used
to align with other business unit as well. For example, the finance unit can use it to find out
change in design and on basis of it prioritizing investment decisions. It will be useful in investing
in appropriate design. The tool can be aligned with management. They can use it for setting of
standards and then measuring outcomes with it. Here, all business unit results can be easily
measured that provide an overview of their performance. So, on basis of it goals and objectives

How new installed software will help EA in its continuous support of EA
It is evaluated that new specialized software has enabled in making things easy by organising
and managing of data. Moreover, the integration of tool with EA has led to making changes in
process of designing and sharing of data and info Alongside it, there is need to make changes in
EA process. In addition, when those changes are adopted within process thus architect of Fincorp
will be able to make changes in design. Apart from it, data and info processed will be arranged
and organized in segregated way. This will also allow in categories data. However, if Fincorp
make plans of how to make improvements in process and areas where there is gap and
application are not installed as per requirement then use of specialised tools can be done. It will
help in finding out relevant change and according implementing tool. For example, if continuity
plan is made in database and aligning of IT system then tool can be used in order to fulfill that
gap. This will be highly useful in streamlining process of EA and its use in Fincorp
(Henningsson,. and Toppenberg, 2020)
Moreover, company can do further planning of how data can be organized in EA and what type
of specialised tool is to used. Other than this, any change in process of EA will result in changing
tool as well. Thus, in that context planning can be done on basis of EA. Henceforth, organization
can also do planning on how to increase efficiency of EA. This can be done by identifying of
what type of new tool can be installed and how it will be beneficial in EA. In this way change

specialised tool. According, leader and IT expert can be trained and in this way cost can be
reduced. The analysis, modeling and visual effects of architect design can be enhanced with of
new tool. It can be converted into 3D and make it easy to share real time data. The use of
documents and report can be eliminated and direct transfer of data and design can be updated
into EA. Here, an example is taken that if data mining tool is to be installed in EA then according
plan can be developed. This will help in enhancing efficiency of EA ( Fritscher, and Pigneur,
2020.)
Role of audit and complaince standard in EA and how tool can benefit in decision making by

auditing help in finding out how much income or expense have been incurred by each
department. This process needs to be transparent so that proper report is generated. However, in
EA there is great role of audit and complaince in it. This can be answered as EA provide a

in other areas as well in EA. So, Fincorp will be able to advance use of EA in order to enhance

The specialized tool will overcome service gap which is occurring in EA and its process. It will
provide a platform to link between IT tools. Here, the process will be developed as per business
requirement and according tools will be selected. Thus, when there is change in objectives the
tool will help in alignment of IT and business. As tool will help in managing IT and EA. With
that it real time data and info will be obtained. Therefore, all IT software will be linked to it and
connecting of a centralized server in EA. The system operating it in EA will be linked with tool

CONCLUSION
Hereby, it is concluded that EA will be beneficial for Fincorp in long term. They will have to
align it with IT. The role of audit and complaince standard in EA is that it helps in finding out
error in project that where it is occurring. Thus, through it cost can be reduced and also risk
associated with project. Als, new tool will help in making continuous improvement in process of
EA by integrating new software and applications within Fincorp. Moreover, in IA there are 3
