diagnosis, prevention and the treatment of diseases related to a person’s mouth. The main
requirement for the project is to integrate the reviewing and monitoring ability of the office
manager in their work successfully. As their main work includes maintainability and consistency
in the operations of the business, the need for a better solution is necessary to integrate the
requirements. This project is thus based on these requirements which will help the managers as
well as the organization to successfully achieve the business continuity effectiveness (Malisa,
Kostiainen and Capkun 2017).
The main reasons for the implementation of this project is the get the benefits of high
profits and increase in customer base. This project is also supposed to help the concerned
authorities to save time in managing the activities of their work.

requirements. This is the main problems with the organization as the need for manual tracking
leads to the reduction in the efficiency and time management and may lead to the possibility of

As the mobile application will be associated with monitoring works and user logging, the
complexity of it is set to a medium range. The time taken for building such specifications on a
mobile application is approximately 200-250 hours. The cost for it is 10000$.

The developing phase includes addition of the features as well as the platform for the

used. As the project includes the development of a mobile application, checking of its progress is
necessary for ensuring the streamlining of the project workflow.
The project manager is responsible for ensuring the workflow of the project. As the
project is a very big one, the need to divide it into smaller pieces will be necessary to make their
implementation very neat. The project management methodology to be followed is the agile
methodology. This includes the segmentation of various work processes. All the segments will
have their own manager, so that the segments are also monitored (Gulik and Punt 2016).

managing the segments individually from each team leaders. The employees concerned with the

then be analyzed and a report will be made to be given to the facility executive.
Infrastructure requirements:
This section includes the requirements of the project. The functional requirements are
listed in this section. The platform that the application will work on along with the presence of
developer tools are provided in this section. Moreover, the need for cloud services will also be
referenced in this section.
Development platform:
The mobile application will use the android platform. As the application is a medium
complex application, the need for android platform is justified. In addition, the market of the
android community is more in comparison to the IOS users. This will help the manufacturers to
reach more potential customers and generate more customer revenue.
Coding languages and tools:
The programming languages used for android applications include the presence of Java
programs. Most of the android apps are created using the Java programming language. In
addition, HTML5 is another programming language that can be used in place of the Java
programming language. The use of HTML5 is required when an application requires the
presence of web-base applications. Moreover, the C++ is another language that can be used in
