INTRODUCTION
The marketing is the place where the organization offer a product to customers for buying
the product or services. The marketing elements also includes the advertising, selling and
delivering products for consumer or other businesses. The marketing is very important factor for
organization because of marketing the management can sell their product easily to the customers
in marketplace (Chatterjee, Chugan and Gupta, 2021). The management need to prepare
effective plan for their organization that hw they achieve their objectives. This report is based on
Enterprise cars which was established in UK in 1957. In this file it consist of brief discussion on
marketing process and marketing mix for developing new product/services in the market.
TASK
An Explanation on Marketing
Marketing is refers to the activities which organization of management have to perform
various activity in the market. The organization need to do the advertising and selling of the
product or services in the market. In market the management need to proper examine the market
that what is the need and wants of the customers in market. If organization want gain competitive
advantages then they have to prepare a very effective plan in the market. Then only the
organization have potential to beat their competitors in market and generate more revenue in the
organization. In organization the management need to do research and development process on
regular basis so that they know what changes done in the market. The changes also need to adopt
in the organization so that they able to fulfil the market demand (Chon and Zoltan, 2019). The
Enterprise car need to do the marketing elements which is very necessary for organization
growth and development in the market. If management of Enterprise Car need to capture the
huge customer support in the marketplace. Then they have to gain the trust in the market of
customer by making good reputation of their brand image in market. In market the Enterprise car
need to perform Research and development activity to analyse the market. So that management
can understand the change of taste and preference in the market. This will help management to
meet the expectation level of customer in market. The Enterprise car need do their promotion in
this way so that their brand awareness is also increased in the market and customer easily
recognized the brand by seeing logo in the market. If customer want to purchase car they they

An Explanation of Marketing Mix
Marketing mix is the elements which refers to the set of methods and techniques which
management use in the organization to promote their brands or products in the market. In
marketing mix there are primary 4Ps and additionally 3Ps which is used by management to
prepare an effective plan for the company that how it will impact the business operation in the
market. The management used the marketing mix when they are developing new products in the
existing market or new market (Deptula and Fyall, 2019). This will help management to
understand the market need and wants and then prepare the plan accordingly so that customer
will satisfy the need and wants in the market. The Enterprise Car need to apply marketing mix in
the organization. So that they will able to analyse the needs and demand of the market. This will
help management of Enterprise car to capture the people support in the marketplace. Let's
discuss the 4Ps of marketing mix which will help management to grow and developed in the
organization.
Product: The product which management offer to the customer in the market to satisfy
the needs and wants of the customer. The management must be choose the product
according to the market need and desire. If management will not satisfy the needs and
wants of the customer in market then they have to face many problem to run their
business operation smoothly in the marketplace. The organization will also not able to
survive long term in the market because they will not have potential to beat their
competitors in market (Festa, 2019). The Enterprise car need to choose the product
according to the market demand so that they will able to meet the expectation level of the
customer in in the market. If Enterprise car want to attract customer attention in the
market then they management must have to satisfy the needs and want of the customer.
Then only they will able to generate profit and survive long term in market.
Place: If management is opening new organization in the market. Then management
need to analyse the best place for their organization because place will directly impact on
the organization in market. If place is premium for the organization then it will attract the
customer attention in the market. If location is premium then it become easy for customer
to reach the organization. The public transport facility is must be available for the

organization will not run their organization process smoothly and if management want to
run their business operation smoothly then they need to change the location of their
enterprise then only they able to run their business operation smoothly.
Promotion: The Promotion is the things which every organization need to do to make
awareness of their brad in the market. The promotion is done through various types such
as advertisement on social media, T.V., holdings and banners, etc. This all elements must
be used by the organization to create good image in the customer mind in market. The
Enterprise Car is need to the promotion of their enterprise that how it will impact the
organization in the market. If they do promotion effectively in the market then they will
run their business operation very smoothly in the marketplace (Krishnamoorthy, 2020). If
promotion is done very effectively then customer also easily trust on the product of that
brand. If management is not done promotion of their organization in market then
customer will also not aware of the brand in the market. This will impact the business
revenue and it will directly impact on the business growth and development in the
marketplace.
Price: In organization the management need to set a reasonable price of their
organization products in the market. The price is the things in market which attract
customer attention towards the brand in the market. If organization want to increase their
sell in the market then they have cut off the price of the product according to the market
price. This is the best strategy to gain customer attention in the market and sale their
product to the customer in market (Leonov, 2021). The management of Enterprise car
need to prepare an effective pricing strategy for their organization. So that they will able
to sell their products more in the market and gain competitive advantage in the market.
The Enterprise car need to analyse the price of the product in the market and set
accordingly so that customer will prefer to buy the product of this brand in market.

The Enterprise Car need to focus on the development on new services in the organization,
which management need to analyse the market demand. The enterprise car need to satisfy the
needs and wants of the enterprise in the market. Then only they able to increase their sale in the
organization. The management of an Enterprise car is going to introduces new services to the
customer in the market. The new services which they offer to customer is when a women is
travelling for long distance with small babies then organization provide full safety to the small
babies by giving special seat in which small babies feel comfortable and they provide
equipments in the car which will entrain the small babies. This is the first organization who will
offer this services in the marketplace (Phillips and Moutinho, 2018). The second new service
which will offered by the organization to customers is that when customer rent the car for
300kms or more than, then they get discount accordingly. This will help organization to gain
their loyal customer in the market and able meet the customer satisfaction in the market.
Applications of 4Ps used by organization to developed new product or services
Product: The product which is going to offer by an Enterprise car is that they provide
new services in the organization which is first they provide safety to the small babies
while travelling and second is discount factor if customer is rented for 300kms and more
than (Zhilla and Shkira, 2018). This both will very effective for organization in the
market because this service is very unique in the market which is offer to the customer in
the market.
Price: The Enterprise car is not going to charge any hidden cost with their customers in
the market. The management which they offer new service they will charge any extra
cost with customers. It is just for customer good experience while they using the services
in the market and for safety purpose of babies while on travelling (Rasool, Shah and
Islam, 2020). This is best way for the management to capture huge customer response in
the market. If customer is paying price for anything then they want that there satisfaction
level must be fulfilled. This is a responsibility of the organization which need to be
fulfilled for their customers in the market.
Place: The new services which is offered to customer by the Enterprise car is available
every where in the world wide. The customer can use this service from anywhere. This
will increase their customer support in the market (Pop, 2020). The customer is also

and service of the organization in the market. If customer is not aware of their new
products or services, then customer will not use in the market.
