The study conducted is associated with discussing about the case study “PRO
organization: Improving operations of organization with cloud based Enterprise Systems”. The
organization has made an approach towards the adaptation of the cloud based enterprise system
so as to gather all the information and data. This paper is mainly aimed at breaking down of the
concept of cloud computing and the usage of cloud computing based enterprise system. This
breakdown of the concept has been done by means of considering the company perspective
(PRO Organization) which is mainly related to how the informed decisions can be taken
effectively related to the fact if there is need of using the new emerging technology or not. This
paper is mainly used for the purpose of understanding the benefits provided and the difficulties
that are faced by the cloud computing based enterprise architecture from the business perspective
as well as the technological perspective. The paper has also been associated with providing the
pros and cons of the using the cloud computing based enterprise system.
The report has also been associated with presenting the needs of the organization which
are responsible for making the organization move towards the adaptation of the cloud based
enterprise system. The main reason is the constant requirement of the organization PRO related
proper management of the level of stocks for the purpose of having a proficient buying. In
addition to this the organization is also seen to be having expectations related to having a
