practises with its staff. This culture develops overtime, and its main purpose is to
develop solutions to different problems. This culture plays an immense role to make
an organisation successful. The enterprise culture generally focuses on all the
positive traits that help the company perform better. The importance of enterprise
culture affects different aspects of the company, such as growth, success,
employees' productivity etc. The organisation could prioritise these factors to
become more successful in the market. Culture is a valuable advantage to attract
different talented employees to the organisation. For example, Microsoft has a rich
culture and favourable working environment, which helps the company attract

people are putting efforts to bring more innovation through launching new product

by conducting market research, collaborate with the international marketers and look
for the growth opportunities. The world will only require social and economic
